The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful! The beds are extremely comfortable. The amenities are great. It was very busy when we stayed, they have a wedding and conference at the same time. The location of this hotel is great, just steps away from a shopping plaza where there is Costco, Ikea and Starbucks at the same plaza....

Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Clean and well kept up. The pool is excellent. But the gym is small. And they don't put enough coffee in your room. The big thing I didn't like was that they charge for parking. Gets pretty expensive. The parking cost is quite ridiculous.

I've been staying at this Marriott for years (Lifetime Platinum Member) because it is a central location. Worst check-in experience at a Marriott in years! Booked hotel 2 months in advance. Requested a king room, reservation said king room guaranteed and king room preference listed in profile. Arrived at the hotel and was told our double room was ready. Told...

I have to agree with most of the other reviews on the hotel. It wasn't the best and far from the worst. Other reviewers noted excessive street noise - I was on the 11th floor facing near the overpass and I didn't hear a thing. I thought the room were up to date with USB ports and plenty of outlets...

While the exterior of the property is well maintained, the rooms leave something to be desired. As other reviewers have noted, there is poor insulation in the rooms leading to lots of highway noise at night. Unless you have great earplugs, it's going to be hard to get a good night's sleep. I had a few bizarre experiences for a...

Dear Sarah Z, Thank you for writing a review regarding your recent stay at the Marriott Mission Valley Hotel. This hotel was so nice during my stay. The rooms are comfortable, and i slept great on the bed. The television works great and the amenities are excellent. I would say one thing. I came with a friend who rides a scooter, and i noticed that this hotel does not have the button opening doors. None of the doors are...

I stayed here overnight to avoid rush hour traffic. The reception desk was extremely friendly as was the valet. My room was simple and clean. It's good for a business stay and is in the heart of mission valley. For vacation I would choose a better location with a better view!

The front desk staff was awesome and extremely helpful! The beds are extremely comfortable even if the rooms are slightly dated. The pool looked awesome but it was a bit cold to swim when we stayed. The location of this hotel is great too, in walking distance to Costco, although if you go to Costco you better drive. There's also...

I love Marriott, it's convenient and great experience. I booked at last minute but the service was still acceptable, the staff are very friendly and the food and drinks were okay. I would go back for the comfort,

We went down to watch a football game. This Marriott is located within walking distance to the stadium (probably about a 20 min walk), but the trolley is right behind the hotel -- easy peasy -- takes you right into the stadium parking lot ($6 per person). It's also directly across from a large shopping center that also has many...
