We stayed here in Nov '15 for 3 nights. I would have given this hotel 5 starts but for the additional expenses - $47 for Valet parking/night and $32 buffet which simply isn't worth the price. This property is on an excellent location. As you exit the hotel from the side door, you are at the Sea Port Village entrance....

This immense hotel isn't exactly intimate, but it's ideally located downtown. The Grand Hyatt's two enormous towers are also easily spotted from just about anywhere in town. Rooms are not large but are spotless, modern, and have spectacular views (ours overlooked the U.S.S. Midway, docked just a few blocks away, and Coronado just across the harbor). WiFi is free, a...

Staying here currently, 21st floor of Seaport tower. This hotel is just okay. I travel frequently for work, and in comparison to many places I've stayed, it's not that great. Got back to my room this evening and it looked like housekeeping had basically pulled the covers up on my bed but otherwise didn't do anything to clean the room....

We had a horrible checking process. When we arrived, there was an external event about to start. we were told by the hotel staff we have to wait in the long line to park our car in the garage (if we choose self-parking, which is $32/day), then, haul dour lugguge all the way back to checking. Then, the line was...

I stayed two nights in the seaport tower as part of a medical conference and came away mostly delighted. From check-in (Lauren) through check-out (Lauren again), staff were friendly and very helpful. Main likes: great location, courteous/knowledgable staff, comfortable bed/room, 24-hr fitness centre. Main dislikes: elevator signage a little confusing, bathrooms uninspiring, outdoor pool needs cleaning and a changing cabana...

From start to finish a flawless visit. ..and we had pretty high expectations to start! Every staff member responded to any request with enthusiasm and prompt service. The room was a corner king on the 25th floor

Valet service is over anxious. Be prepared to be pulled out of your car before it even stops. The hotel is very nice and in a great location for DAY TIME activities. Check in staff are very nice but disingenuous. I am a Gold Pass member and was given probably the worst room in the hotel. The food is way...

I had such a great time here! I found a great deal on hotwire and I would recommend it to all of my friends and family. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you will not be disappointed. The staff was excellent and helpful. I will be back in the next month or so :)

First of all, could not figure out why room rates in the 3rd week in October and the 1st week in November were pricey, but yet on Halloween with a government rate, very good price. Turns out that Halloween is a SLOW night for hotels and restaurants. YAY for us. Checkin was a breeze, we parked in the Broadway Complex...so...
