This property is Vegas-like in size, but with boutique-like staff, that is, very friendly and helpful. Mike, one of the concierge was great and very helpful. The housekeeping was very prompt: one day I requested a shower cap and was delivered within minutes. The food in the club lounge was delicious and there was a lot of variety at lunch...

As far as high rise hotels for business go, this one is great. Bring a swimsuit! It is San Diego - the beautiful pools and spas overlooking the harbor are literally empty and a swim in the morning is a great way to start. It is close to the convention center, and on the right side of the rail tracks...

There is nothing more elegant and satisfying than an overnight stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt. When our travels bring us to San Diego, there is no other hotel that we will consider for ourselves and our guests. Their customer service is next to none, and the location, amenities, guest services, and dining/lounges are the best in the city.

Stayed six nights at The Manchester Grand Hyatt because I attended a conference at the hotel. I am not crazy about big hotels and have had not so good experiences with Grand Hyatt before. But I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Manchester Grand Hyatt. The room was nice and well cleaned, the view was spectacular...

Sent on a business trip in mid December, I was not looking forward to this trip (even if it was to San Diego). I was very pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful trip. Located right on the bay, my room had a perfect view of the lighted boat parade. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the USS Midway. This is...

This was an exceptional hotel, the staff were very attentive to needs of us. The location was great, because we could walk to places or take the taxi. Only draw back was the cost (over $30/day) to park your car when you stayed at the hotel.

While attending a conference at the lovely Manchester Grand Hyatt (MGH), I parked in the structure. Although there are a lot of folks that complain about the parking process, the numbers are in line with what the market will sustain. If you don't want to pay that much....walk. The real reason for this write up is Simon at the Valet...

Breathtaking view from our room on 21st floor. Big room, we had a teenager with us and Grandchildren who came to visit on several days, plenty of room and seating. Nice to have a fridge. Rollaway bed was a very pleasant surprise, a real twin size bed. Pool area very nice, like a resort with a view of the marina...

The hotel was very nice. Internet was very slow and kept disconnecting. If you wanted the high speed internet you had to pay 10 dollars. For such a upscale hotel you would think that high speed internet would be included and not be extra. All other services at the hotel was awesome.
