If you book through a third party avoid staying here or you can expect to stay in a sub par room next to the noisy loading area. Price seem decent at booking until the required $29 resort fee and $37 for parking are added on at hotel. Good location next to Sea World and beach.

Only had an overnight stay. Arrived early on a Friday about 8:00 AM. Upon arrival valet attendant suggested I try to check in. I was able to check in early and given tower room upgrade with a gorgeous view of Mission Bay. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. There is construction going on at certain parts of...

Got here from the airport and they don't have any rooms available. We booked a king corner suite in January. They are sending us to another hotel "for the night." They acted like they're doing us a favor by giving this night free. I feel that common sense says if there isn't a room, we shouldn't pay for a room,...

We stayed at the Hyatt Mission Bay for two nights this past weekend. The weather was cool and windy and there were many children at the pool, so did not use the pool facilities. The hot tub was also closed so could not enjoy that. The excessive resort fees included a bike or water sport rental at a place down...

Hotel is in a great location which makes it convenient to many popular family attractions. The rooms are very old and the hotel is badly in need of a renovation. These rooms are definitely some of the oldest out of the several Hyatts I have been to across the country.

We arrived Friday and upgraded to a Marina view suite for $20/night from a tower 2 queen room. Nice size bedroom with two queen beds and separate sitting area with a sofa bed. I like the size of the room but the carpet was stained and worn out. The jaccuzi was out of order which was disappointing but the main...

Problem with the request of connecting rooms for a family and the check in... maybe because the reservation was made via booking.com. The hotel never answer our request of 2 connecting rooms.. we had to change room after one day to obtain our requested room. I can suggest to book directly with the hotel when 2 rooms is needed for...

$40/ night for parking.Room was 24/7. Noise so loud during the day from outside ( back up beeping/power washing) that it could be heard on the 9th floor. Lots of price gouging. Front Desk didn't help problem solve. .

Stayed here for a convention and brought the family. Stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor. Had the option of staying at a "nicer" suite in the gaslamp district, but thought it would be quieter for my 2 year old to be outside of the city and better to be closer to SeaWorld. Well the proximity to seaworld was...
