We had an event in early December at the Catamaran, and I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the event/banquets staff for all of their help and their willingness to go above and beyond for us every single day. They were really attuned to our needs, efficient, responsive, kind, and just an all-around pleasure to work with throughout the week. Extra kudos to Brenda, Cyntia, Sandra, Pedro, Jorge M., Jose M., Victor, Miguel, Ramon, Fernando, who went even more above and beyond on the regular for us. And a special thanks to our Boat Crew Captains Joe and Anthony, Engineer Darius, Senior Deck Hand Kyle, and Deck Hand Eric for their cheerful assistance throughout the week. Thank you everyone for making our week easier and better (and apologies for the delay in getting around to writing this review). Look forward to seeing you again in June!

Hotel's Favorite
My family came to visit me in San Diego and booked a room at the Catamaran. I was a little skeptical of how the hotel experience might be during this crazy time with the global crisis. To our absolute delight, the Catamaran is operating better than ever, and it’s very apparent how serious they’re taking the Covid-19 protocols. Dave Hopper, the banquet coordinator, took the best care of us and treated my parents like his own. He got us a reservation at the hotel restaurant, made excellent recommendations for fun things to do in town, and assisted my mom who has a hard time walking, in getting an accessible room. We look forward to their next visit and more wonderful interactions with the great staff here.

I just booked my visit for next month and am looking forward to returning. Renee was very helpful and provided great information. Like most of the employees at the resort she was cheerful and accomodating. Always a great vacation in a wonderful environment.

I always come back to the catamaran. I have retreated to the catamaran for many little getaways and I have had the pleasure of getting to know quite many unforgettable employees who deserve solid recognition for their dedicated and upbeat service they provide to myself and my family and friends. As soon as I drive up, I’m always greeted by either Pasqual, Edgar, Kyle, Liam, or Braeden and they’ll valet my car after one of the bell staff, Mikko, Freddy, Michael, or Jose aka JM get my luggage into the lobby then the room on those bell-shaped luggage trollies. The front desk staff Hitomi, Roberto, Talia, Hannah W., Kalilah, Joanne, Adryahna, Makenna, and when I check in late, Mayra, Frida, or Leslie and sometimes Marvin. Of course, I always make a reservation with Renee, Bertha, Kyle or Diante. I always enjoy room service that is gracefully delivered to me by Mathew from the in house 4-star restaurant kindly run by Vicky, Arissa, Gracie, Charl, and Iza. I visit the spa regularly, delightfully greeted and treated by Hannah H., Nicole, Lauren, Jacob, Heather, George, Shelan, and Lily. In the bar I love having discussions with Justin and Matt. I’ve also had great chats with some notably noble hard-working house keepers like Abukar and Sefo. Erin and Frankie in maintenance as well as those in security, Jose, Victor, Ed and John always have a positive attitude. I am still looking forward to coming back again and again to continue meeting new intriguing and impressive individuals.

My friends and I stayed at the resort this past week!!! We had such a wonderful time but it was our dinner at oceana that really made our trip. From the get go, the host lily was so sweet and accommodating. The bartender Steve was AMAZING!!! Recommended the best drinks. Food was top notch as well. We will be back!
