Update: The manager provided points but did not refund me. One start back for Hilton to finally get back to me after I escalated it. DO NOT BOOK “PARK AND STAY” OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. Here is what happened to me. I booked two rooms on the same reservation AT THE SAME TIME and I have a car. So I booked 1 room with "Honor Flex" and the other with "Park and Stay". After checked out, I found out that there was parking fees charged to me. The fee is supposed to be included. The system has a bug that it marked both room rate as "Honor Flex" and send two emails to me with both rooms with more expensive "Park and Stay". rate but marked as "Honor Flex". The customer representative refused to resolve extra charge and insisted that it was me booking two different rates. She kept saying that the reason I had two rates is because one room is for 1 person, and the other is with 2 people. Does Hilton even charge extra money for 2 people? The answer is NO. And the room rate with 1 person is actually higher on the receipt. I understand 2020 was a tough time and you wanted to make a profit. But, by charging non-agreed money, is not the right way to do business.

First of all the pictures in the room were not conveyed properly because when we got there it did not look like what the website said it would. Misleading pictures. There was no microwave in the room so we had to go downstairs each time we wanted to warm something up. There were also no utensils so every time I needed a simple spoon or a simple fork I had to go to the front desk and ask them. My little brothers wheelchair was barely able to fit in the room and it was a very tight squeeze. It was not comfortable. One of the fitted sheets was put on inside out on the bed. Our view was also the backside of a half mountain. Plus the parking is not even worth it $30 A NIGHT!!!!! Smh

Greetings nmensh2013, Thank you for taking the time to compose a review about your recent experience with us. It saddens both myself and the rest of the team when we receive a 1-star review. Of course, since its your first review as well, we all would have wished that your entry to this travel site was a bit better and more uplifting. Its extremely rare to have a photo show exactly what you will receive. Its important to know that when you are looking at pictures - either the hotels website, photos on TripAdvisor (that the hotel has submitted or travelers have), social media etc, everyone has a different eye, design and lighting for the images that they show. On your website, you always want to put your best foot forward. Knowing these rooms, they do resemble exactly what a traveler would receive. I would be curious as to what you felt was and was not shown correctly. We are pleased to offer our guests refrigerators in every room as well as offer microwaves upon request. Additionally utensils are available either via the front desk or at our restaurant. I am not sure that I have ever been a hotel which included utensils in the guest rooms, unless they had a full kitchen in the room. Part of the services that we provide of course is to look after your needs, so your request is something that we are eager to service. Our guest rooms do have two separate sets of views - either the city view or the green area behind the hotel. It all depends on what you reserve. If the view was not satisfactory, we could have moved your room to a higher floor. Finally, yes our parking rate is $29 per evening with in and our privileges. For the area we are priced at about the average. There are lower priced options at lower priced hotels, but when you did not see the value, again, I would be interested how we could have improved the value for you as we do have ample above ground and below ground parking options available. As I mentioned at the beginning we do apologize that the stay was not better for you. Its always our goal to try our best for our guests. We try to ensure that everyone is well looked after. If you would like to stay with us again, please let me know and I will do my personal best for you. Happy Holidays. Mike

We were given a room that wasn’t ready and had to get a different room. We were given a premium room (12th floor), yet it failed to give such feel. Thankfully our trip was short, but we expected much more from a Hilton.

Greetings elTetra, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience with us. I would like to apologize that the stay was not to your satisfaction. As your review did point a few missed opportunities, I am pleased that when you pointed out that your first room was not quite "ready" the team did spring into action and were able to immediately get you into another room so that you could settle in. Our superior and executive levels rooms are higher in the building and you are able to enjoy views of the surrounding area and have a couple of other amenities in the room. As I am sure that you saw, its rather difficult to truly change a room, when most of them all have a similar layout and design. Overall, I apologize that you needed to start out your stay in the manner that you did, but pleased the team were able to assist. The overall expectation I feel in a hotel of course is to provide a clean and comfortable room, and then sprinkle great customer service to ensure guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Our hope, like other hotels, is that you keep in mind that the 10's of thousands of guests that we have the opportunity to welcome, we do our best to ensure that each stay is perfect and when its not, the best we can do is apologize, ask for forgiveness and another opportunity. If you would like to return for another short stay or one for a bit longer, please reach out and I will do my personal best for you. Cheers, Mike

The online check in and digital key experience was good. As far as Hilton Diamond Membership, the app information was vague and not much information at the hotel/room. The rooms were okay, sofa was unusual. I enjoyed Hilton Garden Inn better.

Working here for several days- and the hotel has no soap. Yes, you heard me right- no soap. We ran after some service people on the floor and all they had was some liquid bath soap but no soap for the sink! We were not alone- a whole elevator of people were asking " Where's the soap?" Dont you think that is odd for a big Hilton to not offer soap? I guess they didn't get a shipment. My room is nice- but just try and get your phone answered at busy check in and check out times, And over the weekend, the place goes crazy with teens here for games and various assorted groups. Seriously noisy outside my room. We were working in public rooms and freezing our tails off. Very over air conditioned. But good news- the shower is big and the room is big enough. And there is a nice couch in the just above standard level of accomodation. Liked the people at the front desk- they were very accomodating.. but they didn't have any soap!

Greetings couplessPS, Thank you first and foremost for taking the time to submit a review about your recent experience with us. It is extremely meaningful to myself and the rest of the team when our guests formulate their reviews and share their experiences with others. As much as the brand does try to get the word out, you probably know as well as I do that the best voice in marketing is that of others who share their particulars with others and encourage or discourage them to try a hotel, restaurant, store, or another good/ service. Reading your other reviews about other places that you have visited and dined shows that you are keen travelers and diner with a taste for good service, food and ambiance. It hasnt been for a few years that I have seen the amount of reviews that you have as most have not been traveling or dining our regularly so I applaud your efforts to share in your experiences to get others, once they are able to fully get out to visit locations and restaurants to give them an opportunity to they themselves to recover from the last year or so. As the last year has not been kind to the hospitality industry, we are still continuing to dust ourselves off and try to get back down to business. The one hindrance now that is occurring, that did not a year ago is a kink in the supply chain. Almost every hotel supply from electronics to linen to furniture, you name has been effected by a lack of inventory and, then what can be shipped is very little. Our soap opportunity, we have heard from our vendor "is coming" and last week and this week, we heard the same thing. We even tried to order other branded soaps and they too are affected. From what I hear its any day now and we have had to use other hotel branded soaps recently to get by. In your other reviews, as I mentioned you are a good and fair critic. I appreciated you applauding the front desk teams efforts for their positivity and willingness to assist and accommodate anything that was brought to their attention. In so many ways it about an entire team that it takes to operate a hotel. It take a team to keep us afloat during slower weeks and then assist when we get inundated on busy weekends with families and traveling sports teams. It has been good to be back with our lights on again, but challenges and "misses" as you called them (especially outside our immedate control) have been something the industry has been plagued with for over a year and a half now... Thank you for taking the time again to post your review and share the experience. I wish you all the best on your travels, dining and business ventures. Cheers, Mike
