We stayed here one night and the location was nice. The actual hotel itself wasn't very impressive. The rooms were average at best and the staff wasn't all that accommodating either. If your looking for a spot near Little Italy not a bad place to stay but other than that I wouldn't stay here again. Outdated and grungy.

When researching hotels in San Diego, I was looking for good shuttle service, walking distance to restaurants and a smoking area for my mother and TripAdvisor was right. I chose this hotel based on the great reviews for Jose, coordinator of shuttle service. Like others have said, he goes out of his way to provide excellent advice and service. He...

I have stayed here twice, the first time was on my way to Baja with friends. I only booked because they booked there. The second time was with my wife on a trip to SD to pick up her new motorcycle. The only good thing about this hotel is the secure parking. Rooms are outdated, prices are way too high,...

Let me start off by saying the location is great! Lots of things to do in the surrounding neighborhood. Don't feel like going out? The hotel even hosts real lively events. Beautiful views and cute rooms. Very romantic for a little get away. Highly recommend.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The view was beautiful from the roof top patio. Highly satisfied with room service. I was able to place requests via text and received quick replies. I was accommodated promptly with my needs.

Can't really complain because we got rooms thru Travel Zoo for a great price which included breakfast. Nice hotel, decent rooms, nice breakfast at Glass Door restaurant. It was nice because our Trolley stop was a few blocks.

Loved this cute little boutique style hotel in Little Italy. The view of the harbor was beautiful. Customer service from the staff was great! I loved the restaurant that was onsite, delicious food. Will definitely stay here again!

This is an older hotel in a perfect location. The staff was great and the breakfast on the 4th floor was way better than the fare at chain hotels. The room was fine, but oldish. The bathroom shower area was a bit shoddy. I would stay there again, but I wish the bathroom area would receive a little love.

The hotel was in a great location, and the free shuttles to the airport and downtown were good and the staff were really helpful. The rooms were comfortable enough, nothing special, but very reasonably priced.

The hotel is not up to the standards of today. Room was dull. and the bed not comfortable for two. Breakfast was below par. The corridors were sad looking. Location close to little Italy was fine. Glad we only stayed one night.

“Don't stay here if your looking for nice rooms, they are very outdated. Do not pay for a suite with a balcony it is not worth the money. Only stay here if you need secure parking. We had a new motorcycle in the back of our Ford Raptor and did not want to leave a 20k motorcycle in the bed of a truck in a parking lot somewhere in downtown SD.”
