A really great experience. Very nice and comfortable room with sophisticated shower & bathroom facilities The roof terrace was incredible with great view of the city skyline. Ideal for breakfast, lunch and a dip in the pool. Probably one of the most extraordinary hotels I have ever stayed at.

Great staff, very helpful. Pool on the roof top is nice. Great selection of Spirits and Cocktails. Breakfast was good and staff very accommodating as people arrived at different times. Lunch service was pretty slow especially when it came to the bottomless mimosas. Rooftop at night was a good time. The rooms are nice, we had an interior room on...

I stayed in the Andaz for five days during a business trip. While it certainly tries to tick all the boxes in the style department and the roof top terrace is really decent, I think the price was too high for what it actually delivers. The staff was not trained to the degree that I think fit for such a...

Such a fun and cool place...rooftop pool, nightclub on the deck at night, wine cellar near the lobby, great restaurant in the hotel, RIGHT in the heart of SD. The staff was amazing and they offered a wine tasting in the afternoon! YES! I can't wait to return...

What a fabulous Hotel! Service was outstanding, I will be back! Hosted a business meeting here for @60 people who came in from all over the country. The staff handled everything flawlessly. We had a private event at the Wine Bar which was also fantastic!

I had a conference to attend in San Diego and decided to extend the trip into a vacation for my girlfriend and me. From the outset, the Andaz staff treated us exceptionally well. We greatly appreciated the free wine in the lobby, the beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar, good room service, and overall attentiveness to our needs and happiness. We...

I planned a business meeting at the hotel. The staff was very accomodating and the service was great. Rooms are a little small if you don't get a sweet- but that is to be expected in any downtown area.

We have stayed at this property many times over the years. The rooftop pool and location of the hotel are it's major draw for us. We like talking to vibrant up people and Pool top bar is where everyone is very friendly. This Saturday had 120 people bused in from a local health club for their pool party. Now we have a 120...

The hotel had excellent staff, and decent rooms but the neighborhood was filled with homeless and unsavory folks. We were happy with the in room dining and the rooftop restaurant, some of the staff was unfriendly, but thats not to generalize amongst all the staff present.

they are currently updating the halls - so be sure to ask before checking in. Our hall was a mess but the room was fine and there was a strong smell of new carpet. The breakfast on the roof was excellent and the view fantastic.
