Hello Sightsee53453738165, Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your review, great info! I will share with our front desk teams about the friendliness and if there is room availability you can always request a room move. The breakfast you are talking about I think is "Breakfast Republic" which is fantastic! Hope to have you back soon, thank you! Sincerely, MC

The lobby is nice, the room is the smallest hotel room I have ever experienced (including NYC, Paris, Rome). Rooftop has been closed for two days due to private parties. Super disappointing. Ryley at the front desk is very helpful.

Hi Monique L, Being a historic building the rooms used to be even smaller however with the renovation we were able to increase the size as much as the historic society would allow and maximize the space as much as possible. I apologize about the evening events and hope you were able to use the Rooftop during the day. Ryley is the man at the front desk! I will pass on your complements. Thank you so much Monique! Sincerely, MC

We enjoyed out stay at the Andaz. It was well priced for the area. Great location. Small room, little counter space. Enjoyed complimentary snacks, soda, water, and juice in room. Nice roof top area. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again, but will book a larger room.

Hello MauiMom88, Thank you so much for staying with us and sharing your experience! Being a historic building the rooms used to be half the size if you can imagine so the hotel definitely increased the space and maximized as much as the historic society would allow. Looking forward to having you back soon! Sincerely, MC
