This establishment is excellent in all facets. Price, ambience, location, amenities, unbelievably friendly and helpful staff (all the way from management, front desk staff, housekeeping and the maintenance person) The rooms are warm, cozy and fun. Thank you to all of you at Urban who made my stay remarkable.

Zero complaints. I enjoyed myself very much. Water and room were always at the temperature I wanted it to be, and housekeeping was daily—very nice staff. I definitely will be coming back whenever I need an excellent place to stay.

Location is FANTASTIC. Wonderful staff, kind, respectful, friendly. Basic hotel but very comfortable, clean etc. perfect if you are only need it sleep/shower and will be out and about most of the day. I stayed a full week and will stay again on my next visit. Vincent, Marciela & Kathy were just lovely. Such nice ppl. My Housekeeper was Maria. She was also super nice and wonderful. Note: Located by the new Little Italy Piazza and across from a church. Noise is a thing here. If you are sensitive to noise, downtown in general will be an issue for you. Bring earplugs. (Personally did not need them but good to note for others). Parking in Little Italy is, has been and will always be an issue. If you can avoid renting a car and just using lyft/uber I'd advise you to do that. Many things are within walking distance however so keep that in mind. Glad I found this little gem. Will return (hopefully very soon). Thank you!
