I stayed here for 6 nights to attend a conference at the convention center. The Marriott is in a great location, about 2 blocks from the convention center and right next to Petco park (depending on where your room is you can basically watch games from your window)! There's tons of things to do and places to eat within walking...

Stayed here in April 2017. I had a large room on the 9th floor which smelled like the previous occupant had been a pipe or cigar smoker. The window was small, frosted glass and would not open, it felt like what I imagine being in a prison cell feels like. The receptionist couldn't moved me because they were full. Worst...

I stayed here for one night in April 2017. It's a nice hotel. Good decor. Friendly customer service. They allowed me a late checkout of 2 pm as I had a late flight. I stayed in a 1 bedroom executive suite on the 16th floor with skyline views. Big mistake. They are not true views as the windows were more...

Things I like about this hotel: Located very close to things like Petco Park, rooftop is beautiful and has a view of the park, downstairs bar has strong drinks and is rarely busy during the day, rooms are nice, the breakfast in the restaurant is good. Things I don't like: The rooftop is totally empty during the day. When it...

Walking distance to Petcp Park, convention center and in the Gas lamp district. You pay for that location. 1 night was a "discounted group rate" for a conference at the convention center 310.00. Parking is 45.00 a day park jist kitty corner for 15.00 in the ramp. No pool or free breakfast, no fridge. Room was clean and updated (Room...

Stayed here in November, 2016 with my wife. Had an upgraded room thanks to her gold-elite status. Upper level room and had a view directly into Petco park which was cool. The season was over but still had a chance to see some practice games/drills going on in the park. Very nice elite lounge on the top floor with enough...

I stayed here while attending a conference at the Omni, just a block or so down the street. It's in a good (and safe) location, close to many shops/dining in the Gaslamp district. The hotel is pretty clean and "fairly" updated. The bathroom and bedding was clean, if I wanted to be really picky I'd say the carpets could use...

We stayed here for one night for the Monster truck Jam. This is a no frills, average Marriott. You are paying for the location not upscale accommodations. We stayed in a jr suite with our 3 kids. We had a rollaway brought in but it was twin size. Luckily, we had the wherewithal to bring an air mattress with us...

Not a cheap hotel by any manner and parking is $45 a night but I think it's worth it. We have stayed in many hotels in San Diego and this is best so far. Rooms very comfortable, bathrooms elegent and views spectacular. To top.it all off they have a fantastic rooftop bar overlooking Petco Park. All sorts of great restaurants...

Dear Genevieve M,

We do not have sofas beds in any of our guestrooms. However, a king suite is certainly large enough for us to put an additional bed in the room.

Upon your arrival, we authorize all credit or debit cards for the anticipated costs of room and tax and an additional $100 per evening for incidentals. This is not a charge but rather a hold only. The actual charge is transmitted to your bank upon your departure.
