This hotel is well situated in downtown SD. We were able to meet family and friends at local restaurants and the ball park with ease. We parked our vehicle at 5he hotel and id not have to use it until it was time to leave. Great place!

Thank you so much for your five star "Great Place" review of the hotel. We truly appreciate you taking the time to post a review as we share all guest comments with our staff. The hotel does enjoy a great location and is very convenient to the Gaslamp district as well as Petco park and several area attractions. We look...

I stayed here for 5 nights for a conference across the street. Location is perfect for the conference but so do other hotels! The room was $329 per night. It was spacious but bathroom was substandard. There was a big burnt hole in the bathtub, right at where you have to stand for the shower head. There were also stains...

Thank you for your feedback of your recent stay with us at our hotel. I understand that you were not satisfied with the cleanliness of bathroom and the razor you received and I am deeply disappointed by that. I sincerely apologize for this and that your room was without a mini fridge. I assure you that we will use your...

This is a nice hotel, right next to San Diego's convention center and Gaslamp District. I would have really enjoyed my stay - if they hadn't double-billed us for everything and maxed out my credit card in the process! Our stay was a gift, paid for by a relative. We were told we had to provide a credit card to...

We upgraded to the Lofts on 5th ($30 more) and it was well worth it. We had a HUGE balcony, and I mean huge. You could fit 20 people on that balcony if you really wanted. We had a wedding nearby so it was a great location. We only heard one train, unlike the other reviewers who were more interrupted...

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of the hotel. I am happy that you had a great stay at the hotel and enjoyed our Loft room accommodations. We have 30 Loft rooms in a private section of the hotel which are truly unique some with full balconies and others with whirlpool tubs. We look forward to...

We have stayed at the property more than 6-7 times and it is our go to place when visiting SD. My mom lives in Carlsbad so we go often and always stay here. The first time we stayed my spouse was sick with a cold. I got there first and she flew in later that night. The bar tender overheard...

Mr. Rogers, Thank you for being a loyal guest of the Hilton Gaslamp and we are so happy to be your 'go to' place! We also appreciate the feedback on our staff dropping a note for your wife while she was under the weather. Glad to hear you enjoy the view of the dog park nearby...Many of our guests traveling...

Stayed here for 4 nights while attending a conference recently. While the hotel is a little older , the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The hotel straddles the Gas Lamp Quarter and the Convention center making it very convenient for morning and evening activities (including Petco Stadium). Breakfast Buffet was good, but not great and service throughout the hotel...

Check in and out was a breeze and the bellman was excellent! Friendly and efficient service. Location was perfect for seeing the sights in San Diego. Close proximity to the Gaslamp and the trolley. Perfect for access to the convention center and a short walk to our meeting rooms.

Another very fine Hilton Hotel. This one is especially nice for conferences. My room was very nice and the Hilton personnel at all stations went out of their way to provide five-star service. The only downside is that the whole area is noisy, but then this is a downtown location adjacent to where the trollies start running. The room was...
