Had family in town for their first visit and wanted to spend a couple of nights downtown so we chose the Westin Gaslamp due to the great location and positive reviews. We were not disappointed! The rooms were well appointed and very clean. We needed extra pillows for one room and they were delivered promptly. We did have room service...

Thank you for the excellent service and beautiful hotel. Location was an easy ten minute walk to the convention center where my event was being held. Spacious, quiet room and nice, friendly coffee shop staff and front-desk employees, particularly Ethan. I will surely recommend to my friends. And I'm looking forward to staying with you again. Keep up the splendid...

First, I am a Starwood Lifetime Platinum Member. I was in town for one day on business. The property is perfectly located literally a block from all the best restaurants and bars in the Gaslamp Quarter. The lobby and bar are great and open. The rooms though. Pretty worn in my opinion. They host a good deal of conferences here....

Well located, a short stroll to the harbour, Maritime Museum, and USS Midway, the Westin is clean, comfortable, with good sized rooms, great staff, and beds I would love to stuff into my suitcase and take home. The staff, from cleaners, to waitstaff and those on the front desk are curtious, helpful, and are there to ensure you have a...

Always impressed every time I visit this hotel. From the valets to the front desk and then the bar/restaurant, everyone is welcoming and good at their job. A few special folks are Emma (front desk), Michele (restaurant) and Rodrigo (bar). Hotel is ideally located to both the GASLAMP and Little Italy

The hotel is so ideally situated with a Westfield shopping mall next door and lots of eateries just stone throw away. The history that is reflected by a simple touch of the restored gas lamps adds a little extra while you walk around the area. I'm sure there are lots of stories each lamp could offer. Our room was tidy...

Heavenly beds, cool showers and nice staff. Location is excellent within a mile of Petco, Marina and plenty of restaurant options. The $42 for parking is steep, but great stay nonetheless. More of a couple place than a family. Seems to be dodgy as the night begins. several homeless around.
