Just OK resort. Could use some much needed upgrades. Was not given original booked room, staff didn't even notice room was incorrect. Even after requesting different room wasn't until it was addressed again the following day.

The location is very nice and convenient; the facilities (room, paths, roads, beach amenities, exercise room etc) are tired and need an infusion of modernization and life. Staff is great, super friendly.

Paradise Point has the potential to be good if not great however due to the current accommodations it is currently not there. I felt that the accommodations were dated and in some cases in disrepair. Others in my group had issues with rooms being musty (probably due to the close proximity to water) however I had no issue with this...

We stayed here after my parents had stayed last year. They did warn us that it wasnt high end. They were running a cyber monday special, so I am not sure if they gave us a worse room than others, but our room was average. The bed area was fine, the bed was just OK, the bathroom was very outdated...

Very, very disappointed with this 'resort'. The rooms are like prison cells, cold, bare, dark and in my opinion are beyond saving. The decor is either peeling off the walls or have been poorly repaired. The view from our garden apartment window is a hedge and a road with a few paving stones acting as a patio with two dirty...

Great accommodations for an older island resort. The only big beef I had was the $35/day parking charge. The resort fee was only $25. The advertised rate was reasonable, but the stick it to you for $60/day parking and resort fees. This makes shopping for this lodging misleading and hard to find in the fine print. Staff was way above...

Nice tropical garden view and all room are bungalow, my room is in front of a nice little lake. I enjoy to walk around the hotel...

Situated on its own island in Mission Bay, Jack Skirball's vision of a resort, one of the earliest models of the genre, has stood the test of time. Clearly it's been updated over the years. The grounds are beautiful, immaculate and wonderfully serene even as they invite activities like bicycling and kayaking. Fire pits for outdoor conversation and warming are...

We are so happy that you appreciate Jack Skirball's original island resort as much as we do, and that you enjoyed the grounds, activities, fire pits, Island Market, rooms and friendly staff! Offering an immersive island experience to our guests is what we strive for, and we're delighted that is what you experienced. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we...
