We booked a Bayside suite for my daughter and my new son-in-law for their wedding night and the night before for her and her maid of honor and bridesmaids. It was a dream come true. We ordered pizza from the on site Caveman Pizza and had it delivered for the welcome dinner and people were in awe of the property... More

Hotel location is great - room was very nice. Bed was so hard we had to find another hotel and cancelled the balance of our stay at Paradise Point. Amenities at the hotel are nice and grounds are well kept and lush green.

We left early due to several things. We were hoping to have a camp fire but there were none available. All bay front rooms should have their own campfire. Second. Our couch had stains on it and was uncomfortable to sit on. With the cost of the room the couch should always be clean and fresh or replaced. The tv... More

Great family venue!! Relax and feel your at your private beach house. Staff was great and made you feel very comfortable. Prices a bit on higher side but I believe it is worth every dollar. Food quality great, pool clean and a nice gym

Rough start to our stay. Check in was a nightmare, we didn't get the room we booked so book directly with the resort(we used Expedia. Expedia said it's not their fault). Went to rent a bike and the bike rental guy was on his phone texting and sitting with two other guys. When I asked him if there was a... More

Rooms are completely worn out - peeling paint, old sagging sofas and chairs, refrigerators collapsing. Unfriendly and not supportive management. We booked two identical bungalows close each other in advance (two months) for two families and got one more or less right, and the second with a bad layout and smaller. I had to order a rollaway bed ... for... More

We started with a one night stop over, returning the following week for three nights on our way back through. Pros: Fantastic resort, lovely setting on the bay, fantastic restaurant (Tidal), right next to Sea World hence firework displays nightly, lovely firepits on the beach to sit at and cook at, (a very helpful attendant helped us set up with... Management could not help our family stay close after going there for 49 years! We made reservations 7 months prior to our arrival and were told that a few family members would not be in the same area for our family reunion. Very disappointed!

My son graduated Point Loma Nazerene university!!! We have stayed here with our children were little. My husband stayed here in the late 1960's when it was named vacation village! It has changed a lot both for the good and bad😞 they took out the miniature golf course and then when our kids were little they had a little room... More

Laura, we're happy you chose to celebrate this special occasion in Paradise! That being said, we're disappointed that your stay was not all that it could have been. We wanted to let you know that we still have our 18-hole miniature golf course. It has moved over the years, but it is still regularly maintained and just as fun as... More

We are repeat visitors and Paradise never fails to provide a wonderful experience. We stayed in a king bayfront room with beautiful views. The front desk was very helpful in moving rooms after the first night as we wanted to be closer to the bar. Barefoot Bar was lots of fun and has a good menu. The food was wonderful... More
