Liz from the gift shop is absolutely amazing! I called the property from Chicago to find out what I could do to celebrate a friend on vacation celebrating a special birthday. Liz put somethings together in a gift bag, including Cali Corn (local delish popcorn) and had it sent to her room. My friend was so surprised and felt so loved! Since I love popcorn so much, Liz even mailed a bag of Cali Corn to me. Talk about going above and beyond! This is customer service at its best! Thank you!

I met family for lunch at The Barefoot Bar and Grill restaurant at Paradise Point Resort. Our server was Amanda and her great service and friendly personality made my dining experience exceptional!! If you ever eat at The Barefoot Grill, ask for Amanda’s section!!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time! Check in was very easy and the girl who checked me in was very nice and genuine. The bell service was fast to help and Keith who helped us to our room was very informative and made the cart ride to the room for the kids so fun. They are still talking about it. The room was perfect! We got to wake up to the water and have an amazing bonfire at night. They will be our new getaway spot for years to come! Thank you Paradise team!

It is a nice resort but a little older. Food at restaurants was ok but overpriced. The pool was nice & we used the pontoon boat & miniature golf. Nice variety of things to do. The staff was very helpful. Fun time.

This is a 2 star hotel at best! The grounds are not maintained and our room with a garden view was more like an overgrown tropical mess view!! We have lawn shrimp covering our room upon arrival! The room should have been clean as we just checked in! Housekeeper had to come after maintenance came and swept the floor! The bugs continued to come in and they never came back to clean them up! Should be maintaining the rooms, but they are ignored like the facilities! For the price we paid per night, not worth it at all!! Could have great potential, but just not there! The only part that is maintained is the area around registration! We walked the entire grounds and thoroughly disappointed!! Will never waste my money here again!!
