Just a wonderful place to stay clean great location and friendly staff just amazing for our first holiday in over 3 years would definitely go there again if we get the chance San Diego is a wonderful holiday destination
Having spent 2 nights at the Paradise Point, we want to express our sincerest gratitude to the super friendly and amazing staff! Rooms were great and the food and beverages even better :) Located in Mission Bay, the resort gives you the calm of a resort, yet San Diego is just a 10min drive away. If I am ever back n San Diego, I would definitely be back!
What an awesome place! it's like being on an island but 25 minutes from my house. The staff was awesome, we got a free upgrade to an amazing room! food was awesome, service awesome, pools awesome, I'll be back for sure!
My room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5:30 PM. Room was bad. The curtain had dirty black spots on it. The bathroom sink was improperly constructed, so water flowed onto the counter instead of the sink unless you turned it on super forcefully. There was a condensation that collected in the bathroom and closet and wet all my belongings and clothes. There were bugs in my room every night: one landed on me in bed, one crawled across my sneaker, and another crawled into my cheesecake. The music outside by the pool never stopped playing, so you could hear it all night. The water in water station outside my room turned black and I filled my cup with dirty water. Golf cart never came to give me a ride to the conference room after checking out, so I had to wheel my luggage across the resort, which is super spread out and was late to my conference. …
They staff is very friendly, resort is beautiful. The rooms are ok, the beds are ok, linens felt a bit sandy, huge game in the front door causes apt of sunlight to beam through and also a lot of bugs. There were multiple flying bugs and spiders throughout the room. Other than that it was a good stay.
The property was beautiful. When I checked in I immediately had assistance loading my bags onto a golf cart and was given a tour of the property before being dropped at my room and having my room set up. Every staff member from Managers to maintenance staff was so kind and friendly.
I wanted to get away while staying close to home because my family has had some health issues. So I decided to grab my cousin and spend a long weekend there with no kids and no spouses. It was THE BEST decision. We literally just relaxed and did nothing. Upon arrival ALYX was the person who checked us in and she was absolutely WONDERFUL. She was so much fun and accommodating and we really appreciated that.
The only vacation spot in my opinion that accommodates all family members! From water sports to great food and atmosphere! My family and friends will always make this a destination spot and will continue to spread the word to others so that they may have an incredible experience like our families!
Staff were confused on checkin and the confusion remained even to the final receipt. OK, more words? The light in my room was hanging by the power cords. Room service was good but completely confused by the error on checkin. Enough words?
Great resort! We had a room a on the bay with a fire pit out front. Good vibes all around the resort with gardens everywhere. Will defined be taking my family again. I’m from San Diego so this was a great staycation for us
