One word, UNBELIEVABLE! How is this place still in business? There is no customer service, the rooms for all of our team's parents were either wrong, or completely lost. There was a moldy burrito in the corner of the room under the moldy curtains. The bed was broke and the box springs were resting on the floor. After gladly leaving... More

This is without a doubt the most disgusting hotel I have EVER been in. I would suggest you pitch a tent in an alley somewhere, it's bound to be cleaner! It is dark, dank & dirty. Not a single amenity nor any type of security (unless the armed guards at the correctional facility across the alley count).

They should change the name of this hotel to the Step Up Inn.....it's one step up from sleeping in your car!! The framed messages in the hotel mention how famous people such as B.B. King and Bob Dole have stayed there.......what they DON'T tell you is that the rooms haven't been cleaned or updated since!!! In our room (712, if... More

Recommended as the 'host hotel' for a sporting event held over the weekend. Service was slow, the rooms were bleak and worn down. Linens were stained and beds broken down. No amenities (not even an ice bucket). Requested clean sheets and had to strip and make the bed when they arrived (the linen delivery person "wasn't a maid"). We ended... More
