We visited after Memorial Day and stayed for about four days. The staff in the lobby were helpful and the rooftop pool staff were very friendly as well. We had breakfast everyday at the restaurant in the lobby. Location was great for walking or was a quick Lyft ride away from many major destinations.

The room was nice. The location was great but we book because of the roooftop pool. It turns out they do not give hotels preference for using the pool. While the website says hotel guest are ‘first come first served’, non guest who make reservations have priority. Nice place. Nice location but do not take pool as amenity into consideration. Also, very rude pool staff.

Extremely impressed! My wife and I traveled regularly pre Covid. We are starting to get back in the swing of it as restrictions are lifted. We decided to try a new Hotel out while in Boston. Very impressed, we were checked in by Chris who gave us a warm welcome and us some amazing reco’s. We ventured up to the roof top pool bar and our bartender Tom was also very friendly and went above an beyond to make our visit and first day open very memorable even though it was a bit chilly. The roof top Bar is exquisite, very well maintained property. During our check out we were helped by Orlando from the front desk. All I have to say is if Orlando lived in Miami I would offer him a job. His customer service skills and attention to detail wrapped our entire trip with a spectacular bow. Final thought, if you have the opportunity to visit Boston highly recommend staying at this property. This location is conveniently located to hit some of the highlights of Boston and across the street from the Prudential Center.

Very disappointed that there was no information that the amazing pool was not open this week during 90 degree hot weather. We switched our hotels to be at your pool. How could you not share with us that the pool was closed. Your website sells your amazing pool. We were in shock when we checked in and were told the pool is not open yet. All of my reviews of hotels are raving of our stays. It pains me to write this but are so disappointed. We live in rainy Seattle and were so looking forward to sunshine and a pool. This is really not cool.

I chose this hotel because it is located near Northeastern University and wanted to make sure my daughter had a good experience - it's been a tough year with COVID – and the Colonnade was excellent! Highly recommend! We were greeted by the front office team in a friendly, patient, and helpful way. And the location is great - near the university, shops and restaurants in the Prudential building, and near Newbury Street - with more great shopping and restaurants. The parking was easy and convenient - and we enjoyed the complimentary water, coffee, and tea in the hotel room. Our daughter is an upcoming first year student so we look forward to returning again and again. 5 Star review!
