Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.

First trip to Boston and The Colonnade Hotel did not disappoint. Large room with a huge comfy bed and pillows. Very clean and a nice view of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. A complementary breakfast is offered which included pastries, coffee and juices etc. The location of the hotel is great, very central and across the street from the prudential centre. If we are ever in Boston again I would be happy to return here.

We stayed at the Colonnade Hotel for our first trip to Boston with our two small children (aged 5) in February. It was a great find, modern rooms, friendly and helpful staff and right by the prudential centre and near the subway. Would definitively recommend.

Been at this hotel a few times and always happy. Rooms are spacious and the bed is large and very comfortable, best things about the hotel are their pillows. You can choose soft or firmer pillows. Nice rooftop pool and bar, have to be early to get a bench. Checkin quick and very frendly staff, concierge very helpful. Will stay there again.

Our visit to Boston was so special in part to our experience in the Colonnade. The location can’ even beat. So close to everything. The room was well appointed with “quiet” views of the “action” on the streets below. The fitness Center is “first rate” and the roof deck pool looks fantastic when we come back this summer. Most of all, the staff is well trained, but even more important, they genuinely wanted us to be “comfortable” during our four night stay. 👍We highly recommend The Colonnade Hotel.
