We traveled to Boston last weekend to compete at a track meet. The hotel was great. Drinks are pricey but hey its Boston. Glen the bartender was very funny and entertaining. The books in the room were comfy. We were able to stay on the 6th floor for delxue rooms at no additional charge that was awesome. We are Hilton... More

Stayed here for three nights and was surprised with the quality of the hotel with modern spacious rooms. Free shuttle bus was convenient but when its snows can make it difficult to get any where due to hotels location. On site cafe was good but surprised that wi-fi was not free in the room.

Accommodation was very warm in spite of freezing temperature. I would recommend DoubleTree to friends and relatives. Hopefully I can come back during a different season. Keep up the good work! Tis nice and warm at DoubleTree!

The staff at the hotel were outstanding. They were very kind and helpful to me. The hotel was in a good location. Close to the waterfront and just a few minutes walk from the JFK/UMass subway station. The room was very clean and up to date. Wi-Fi service was good, fast, and consistent. The one thing that I would think... More

The location was ideal for us. It was just a short drive to a relative in Dorchester. It is also a great place if you need to get to the airport or downtown Boston. It is also close to a T stop. The higher floors on the back side have views of the water. David the bartender is great. He... More

I must say, I have been a diamond member for 7 years . By far Dave the bartender makes the whole stay great. They should take the time to put him on fulltime. I have stayed at all Hilton hotel. I know this one doesn't have a restaurant or pool . But over the years the bar makes traveling tolerable... More

Niva at the front desk was the best for directions, where to go and how to get there. she was honest about whats worth it or not in terms of taking the shuttle to get places, subway schedules and cab fares from the hotel to your destination or vice versa. She gave the best advice for restaurants, nightclubs, lounges, shopping... More

Easy to navigate to downtown Boston and beautiful views of the ocean. Price is much better than if you stay downtown Boston. The staff was friendly and helpful...especially when I could't find my parking ticket, they took care of it without a hassle. Parking is only $10 a terrific deal!

I didn't have the typical traveler experience here as I was stranded during a travel ban due to an historic blizzard. The Doubletree was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay through the storm. To their credit, they sent a note to every room informing us that due to staff shortages, normal housekeeping couldn't be provided, but they'd do their... More

We were coming to Boston for the first time to attend a concert. We chose this location because it was further from the city and cost effective for a large group of people. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport that runs every hour. The driver was very friendly and offered suggestions for dinner. He... More
