The staff at DoubleTree could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well-accommodated. Couldn't have asked for more. It was located in the ideal part of Boston for us since we were going to both Fenway as well as the North End.

I believe this was our 7th or 8th stay at this particular hotel and it is always enjoyable. The rooms are clean, parking is easy and the red line T stop is within easy walking distance. This time we took a 10 minute Uber to Harpoon for less than $10 and came back with plenty of time to spare to... More

Many broken items - clock etc. Could not get the Olympics on the TV - they just showed cars. Poor food quality. Lines at reception. Only two towels in the room. Not worth the cost. Dingy lighting. Staff did try but this is not acceptable

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback about your recent stay at our DoubleTree Club. I apologize for the issues you highlighted in your room, and for the long line you experienced at reception. Our staff is happy to address any issues in a guest’s room and would have provided more towels upon request. I apologize that your... More

I travel extensively for work and enjoy staying at the DoubleTree Club Bayside. Miguel, the shuttle driver is pleasant and informative. The hotel shuttle will pick you up and drop you off at two really nice restaurants in South Boston - Lincoln's and Amrheins. You are only an$8 Lyft ride to downtown Boston or you can walk across the street... More

Stayed for 3 nights, check in quick & soon on the room. Rooms very clean & fairly large. Good choice of hot & cold food for breakfast, bit slow on keeping things replenished. Courtesy bus to & from airport & main attractions. Altogether good stay.

I chose this hotel mainly by price and by brand (Hilton). It is close to a transit station, but looking back I would probably spend more just so that I could walk to the places that interest me near downtown. The rooms are nice and their is a full breakfast available for $15/person. You can walk 20 minutes to Mckenna's... More

We stayed here for my daughter's Triathlon. ALL staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. Very clean rooms. nice lobby with plenty of seating. Lobby bar nice and convenient. Shuttle bus driver was very pleasant and drove us to a restaurant and picked us up promptly when we called. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very fortunate to have 2 good friends share tickets with us to see the farewell 2016 tour of James Taylor with Jackson Browne at Fenway Park. Big challenge was finding a reasonably priced hotel in Boston, and the Doubletree Club at Boston Bayside had the best pricing. Some of the downtown regular choices were as high as $500... More

This hotel quite simply cannot be beat. With the red line T station virtually at the front door to the hotel, you can access any part of Boston. Beautiful view of Logan Airport and Boston Bay from back rooms. Short walk to JFK library and if you're feeling up to it, a nice walk to Castle Island Park. Again if... More

We were visiting family and we really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was great. The rooms were very nice, quiet and cozy. The Starbucks on site was very convenient. We enjoyed walking to the bay in the morning.
