Neighborhood
Seaport District / South Boston Waterfront
This area has been expanding and becoming more and more popular, for good reason. Not surprisingly, the seaport district of South Boston is located beautifully along the water. The area is designed for easy strolling along the HarborWalk, and there are bars and restaurants for all ages and budgets. The Institute of Contemporary Art is located in this area in a contemporary building with an absolutely stunning deck overlooking the water. In the summer time there are Friday music concerts on the deck of the museum. Nearby, there are many green spaces to enjoy.

I have stayed at this hotel, always business related, maybe 8 times. Never disappointments, staff always accommodating, room exactly as expected, special requests attended to promptly and always with a smile. Not expensive for Boston so don't expect bargain rates. Breakfast buffet was fine, dinner at Tamo quite excellent. I stay here when I have events directly across the street at the Seaport Trade Center. Couldn't be more convenient.

I highly recommend the hotel. The entire staff was very attentive to all my needs, my room was clean and comfortable. I really liked their bathroom, very clean. It had different places to eat and it was so close to the convention center.

Very clean comfortable rooms with easy access and everything was well labeled and easy to get around. There was an employee that left his phone in our room after a service call and we had to contact guest services again to have them come get the phone, and the shower in our room was backed up. There was ankle deep water in the bottom of the tub by the end of our showers. At a few points during our stay it sounded like someone was moving moving furniture in one of the near by rooms and I could hear a muffled banging while this was going on. The room temp was easy to control and user friendly television and remote guide. We will definitely be using this hotel again if we attend the same event!

I wanted to splurge for one night for my daughter and her friends even though I live a half hour from Boston. I spent over $400. on a room and the manager could not (would not) give the room keys to my daughter even though I had already completed the check in and give my ID and credit card. My daughter is 14 and needed to just drop her bag and then cross the street to her volleyball tournament but the manager would not work with me to solve the problem. NEVER coming back! There are too many Boston hotels that would be happy to have my business and not give me headaches i dont need!
