The location of the hotel to the cruise terminal is perfect. The hotel staff and amenities are excellent. Wish parking was less expensive but typical for urban area. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel's Favorite
The Seaport is my go-to in Boston. Most importantly this hotel really understands service, and executes in every area of the hotel. Modern, spacious, clean rooms and common areas, solid and tasty food & drink, and a fabulous health club. The hotel does not waste time on shallow luxury trappings, but they get the important stuff right. In every area of the hotel - front desk, restaurant, TAMO bar, health club, the service was pitch perfect. So many details: It's raining, they gave me an umbrella for the day, coffee continuously restocked for the in-room Keurig without asking, breakfast serviced fast, flavorful and with a smile, etc... On this trip I must give a special shout out to Molita at the front desk who went above and beyond and absolutely saved my trip from disaster. Also, while this hotel is in the Seaport and a bit of a hike to Back Bay and Central Boston, the Silver Line rapid transit stop is just steps out the back door of the hotel. Very convenient.

Great place to stay in Boston. We were here for one night prior to our cruise. Wish we'd gone back afterwards for our 3 night stay instead of The Godfrey downtown. Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful - door, porter, reception and concierge. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at the Seaport for a weekend wedding. The staff was terrific; very accommodating, cheerful and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The food was good and we had a great time. As a bonus, this is a great location to enjoy Boston Harbor and a short walk to the North End and Faneuil Hall areas.

My first time at this hotel- had a 16th floor room with a harbour view. Really lovely comfortable room, large. The view was great, included the Logan runway over the harbour. The area is very nice- very short walk to the harbour where there's lots of nice places to sit, lots of cafes, restaurants. To get to Boston Common is about a 10 min journey on the silver line and then red 'T', or, can walk there in about 30/35 mins. I've been to Boston before but hadn't stayed in the Seaport area previously- I definitely will next time and will certainly book this hotel. So pleased I chose it.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay, consider the Seaport Hotel. Conveniently located in Boston, the hotel is fantastic from the views and the customer service. Valet rates are comparable to what it costs to get garage parking anyway. The property is beautiful as is the surrounding area. If you’re an aviation enthusiast like I am, a harbor view also views Boston-Logan, too. Watch the boats motor by as the planes take to the air.

It was my best ever hotel experience. The hotel even though it was fully booked found a solution when booking.com had downgraded us to king room instead of a king suite. We thought four of us were going to have to share a king bed with a roll out but the lovely last at reception took pity on us as it was a birthday celebration and upgraded us to the admiral suite which had panoramic views of the harbour and was spectacular and huge . I was totally overwhelmed by their kindness. None of the staff would accept tips . I highly recommend this stunning hotel

Great hotel with a wonderful staff who was attentive to the needs of guests. Good location, lovely property. Would definitely recommend to anyone on a visit to Boston. Staff was genuinely helpful and kind. My 80 year old grandmother was there for the week and they were so sweet to her!

The resort is beautiful but what makes this place special is the staff! They are helpful and friendly. All tips are included and we found the team members refusing additional tips throughout our stay. Alberto, Bellman, was especially friendly!
