Very happy with the Seaport Hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Great Location. Although there was construction around the seaport it was still easily walkable. Would definitely stay here again

I’ve stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world. This is not one of them. Nor should it claim to be.If all you’re paying for is the view then this is your place. If you want five star service with your five star view you better go elsewhere. Customer service ends the second you get on the elevator to head to your room. Covid or no Covid the fact that there is an excuse to come up short with customer service is getting a little tired. If you’re open you a better provided. Especially for the price you charging. If it was only about money I would condemn the place. But since I could afford to stay there I really feel I was let down in my experience from a service perspective. Laziness misinformation and lack of communication are the three traits I think that you don’t want in a hotel employee. I honestly don’t know how many stars they are but I can assure you I have been to three star hotels with far better amenities and staff eager to please. This world is in a sad state of affairs when this is what I have to look forward to when I spend my money hoping to be a quality experience all around. Too many things went wrong in our suite to start listing but it all boils down to lack of attention from the staff and watching the lack of care from the staff. Covid or no Covid. I come back exhausted from my time at the Seaport. Won’t be there again. Let the next sucker lay out $500 a night for a room with no TVs that work, no coffee maker and no complimentary coffee from the hotel. And the most robotic I’m sorry from the staff that just makes your head want to explode. I’m sure a good time could be had at this place. Maybe like 40 years ago.

We are so disappointed by this review. COVID-19 restrictions were lifted in Massachusetts on 5/29. Mr. Carrion and family had a reservation due to arrive on 5/29 but arrived 5/28. We were in a sold out situation but took the risk due to their circumstance. Housekeeping serviced their room twice, a coffee maker was placed in the room and regrettably did not work, and was replaced within 20 minutes. Coffee and bottled water was replenished during their stay. We received their internal guest satisfaction report including the profanity that reinforces their frustration. We are at a loss to explain what caused their anger and inspired this review. We regret any actions on our part that may have contributed, as by these responses, it must have been egregious. The Concierge was the only person on duty that night, he was super friendly and told me he does everything, meaning he could check me in, I arrived late and was heading to the Bruins game 2 in second round and he made check in so fast and was so friendly, this was my second time staying there because my first stay was so great! If you love being by the water and just want to relax and enjoy GREAT people who work here, you have to stay here!
