I highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Boston. It is in a great, central location within walking distance to the Freedom Trail, Paul Revere House, Quincy Market, etc. We had originally booked the Onyx in Boston but switched to this hotel because we found the Onyx wasn't up to Hilton standards. We are so thankful we did. The thing that really set this hotel apart from others for us was the exceptional customer service. When we arrived, there was valet staff waiting to help. Christian C checked us in and was lovely. He tried to give us a complimentary upgrade but there were none available. There was always a hotel employee available to help with anything we needed. When my husband needed distilled water, the front desk provided him with complimentary bottles. Every time we left the hotel, the valet staff would ask if we knew where we were going and would offer great directions if we weren't sure. They also made recommendations for things to see and bars and restaurants to eat at. The room we got (705) was fairly large. It was very clean and had everything we needed, we were happy with it. It was quiet at night, we didn't hear anyone in rooms on either side of us or walking the halls. Diamond members receive a voucher for Tradesman Coffee shop for breakfast. They had delicious food and great coffee. I got two kinds of avocado toast and my husband got a breakfast sandwich. Don't skip breakfast there if you stay at the Hilton Faneuil Hall, it's fantastic! My husband still raves about the iced coffee. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be returning to the Hilton Faneuil Hall. We have already recommended it to our family and friends that visit Boston.

Traveling through a pandemic can be scary, but this was pleasant. Cleaned rooms are sealed from the outside which is comforting. The rooms are very well appointed with many USB ports & outlets. The windows open so fresh air can circulate another great plus. Our bathroom showed some wear but was very clean. During this pandemic, house keeping is kept to a strict minimum as is the availability of luggage carts. They were only available with the use of the doorman (weekends only), which we unfortunately, on our checkout found out. No bed making or daily fresh towels which wasn't a big deal at all. Yes, it's wonderful to come back to a clean & tidy room, but okay, it's understandable. My biggest pet peeve is the use of flat sheets instead of fitted sheets covering the mattress. When turning in the middle of the night, then waking up in the morning, I had the horrible experience of waking up on the bare mattress. NOT TOO COMFORTING....especially during this virus. Masks were worn by staff & guests and plenty of hand sanitizers. All in all a nice experience, close to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market and some great restaurants.

Hilton hotels make you sign up for the program before you can access the free WiFi. Even in remote Australia you can access free WiFi. Dreadful that this is required in a large US city. Hotel is in a good location, easy walk to Downtown and T's. Good bar and food.
