I had a horrible yesterday driving from Cape Cod to Logan Airport. I was exhausted and dirty and hungry, and when the woman saw me, she knew something was wrong, and she gave me a discounted room. The staff at the front desk could not have been nicer to me. I highly recommend this hotel. Terrific service and the room...

We had to catch an early flight out of Boston’s Logan Airport. We have our favorite Boston Hotel but figured we could save a lot of valuable early morning time and traffic if we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor located extremely close to Logan Airport. Did our decision ever pay off! Our room had one of the most...

Checkin was quick and easy. We were upgraded to a higher floor room with views of the city. The rooms was clean and perfect for one night. The beds were full sized. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. It's a great hotel if you need to be at the airport.

The Hyatt Boston Harbor offers everything that is needed, spacious room with nice view over the harbor and skyline, friendly staff and good restaurant. Only downside is that you have to take shuttle and the subway to go into town which can take 30 min or longer

Avoid Room 1110...view is the airport runway and intermittent loud sound from closet. View of the bay from restaurant is nice though and nice staff. Convenient location to airport. Shuttle available 24 hours

My family and I chose to stay at the Hyatt Regency as our daughter was running the 2017 Boston Marathon. We can't say enough about how accommodating the hotel was to our needs. From the time of our arrival on Thursday until our departure on Monday afternoon, everything was perfect! Our room was extremely clean and quiet. It was also...

We were very excited to stay in this hotel. We upgraded to a harbor view for $20 per night at check-in. Unfortunately, the room wasn't what we expected. The carpet was dirty and stained, particularly 2 large brown stains (hopefully they were coffee stains). We found some hair on the pillowcases (not our hair color) and the sheets were stained....
