We stayed there this weekend and the price was pretty inexpensive so I wasn't expecting much. I was assuming it was just going to be a room with a bed but it was like a mini apartment. Great location close to the south train and lots of places you can walk too. I was very pleasantly surprised and would definitely...

My wife and I stayed there for a 4 night trip for our first time in Boston. As a Gold Elite member, they upgraded me on the second night to a suite. Nice living room and master bedroom. We were able to have our friends come over and drink in the room to save some money. Our original room was...

Stayed here for the night prior to taking the train. Convenient location. In the theater district but nothing playing between Christmas and New year's. Room was clean and comfortable. Had breakfast at the hotel and thought a bit pricey.

I chose this hotel for its location and price. I was more than satisfied! the lobby is very nice and the staff very welcoming. You immediately feel that hey are happy to see you. A nice bar/cafe is situated in the lobby as is a "store" for all your culinary needs. There is even a microwave so you can heat...

Great price and great location for overnight stay on New Years Eve. VERY tiny room. Fire alarm went off at 4am but was quickly resolved. Forgo the valet and park in the lot or garage across the street. 15-20$ cheaper. Skipped breakfast

Dear Kevin S, Thanks for staying with us on New Year's Eve. We are sorry that the fire alarm disturbed your sleep. The system alerted us to the problem and it turned out someone smoked on the 9th floor and activated the smoke detector. The fire department responded immediately, investigated and gave us the 'all clear' however the timing was...

We arrived at approx. 1am after a flight problem and missed connection, combined with a mess up with the shuttle. What a relief to enter this hotel, even though the doors were locked, they opened up and let us enter their warm embacing lobby! The lass at the desk was so helpful checking us in, and upgrading our room too,...

We are currently staying in this hotel, We have 11 nights here and are on Night 6. At first I was a little disappointed there was no executive lounge in the hotel but quickly I have realised that it's not really that important. The rooms are lovely, beds comfortable and hotel location is perfect. Also the team working at the...

I recently stayed at this Courtyard and absolutely love the location. We were able to walk to the Boston Commons within 5 minutes. The room was clean and everything was somewhat newly renovated. There was a very nice breakfast buffet and the food was quite good. There's also a little market inside which was very convenient. The staff was friendly....

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
