We needed one room for 2 nights and another room for 7 nights. Reservations got it right, but the front desk had trouble when we got there. We were told that our breakfasts would be comped. More about that later. The rooms-nice to have rooms...More
I've stayed here 3 times and we will be back. Very comfortable and opulent hotel in a central Boston location with great attentive staff- highly recommend this accommodation for business or pleasure any time of year.
This hotel is a Marriott Courtyard: A place to stay….not much to offer.
This hotel is located on Tremont Street in the downtown Boston, a cross the street from Tufts Medical University.
The location is fairly central and walkable to many Boston sites:
As a frequent traveler to Boston I have stayed at this hotel many times with my company rate, this past time my rate was manipulated to almost double the price. I had changed the date of this reservation a couple of times which they blamed...More

Dear Mike M
We have been in direct contact regarding this matter to discuss the misunderstanding.
I chose this hotel because of its downtown location near my son's college. The prices compared to other hotels in the area are reasonable for what you get. The staff was able to direct me to several local restaurants for meals.

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have
your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
