if you are looking for an excellent place to stay in Boston, look no further than this hotel. The staff are incredible, the gym is great, and the location is perfect. In particular, I would like to thank Thomas, one of the host at the Street Bar. He was extremely hospitable and helpful during a particularly busy weekend.

I have no regrets about this hotel, from the check in to the check out everything went smoothly, my room was georgeous, they gave a 15th floor so I had an amazing view, I ordered late night service and it didn't talke not even 15 minutes to arrive, the bar downstairs was great, very nice food and service, Contessa rooftop is top notch, delicious food and the best service. THEY HAVE THE BEST MATTRESS EVER!!

This is a true 5 star property... we had the most wonderful stay, and enjoyed all the hotels amenities and on site dining. Our room was gorgeous and our fireplace butler was fantastic! Alicia at the front desk is a gem, professional and kind and accommodating; she made sure our stay was perfect. Can't wait to go back!

This was hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything from the location, to the cleanliness of the room and hotel, to the excellent staff and food was excellent. The gym was also the best gym I’ve ever used at a hotel. I can’t wait to take another trip just to stay here a few days.

This was our second visit to The Newbury Boston. The service by everyone in the staff was amazing. We arrived on an early morning flight and our room was already ready. The room and bed were very comfortable. Good at Contessa, The Street Bar, and room service were great. Location and view over the park is great. Walking distance to most places, so it is very accessible. Will definitely come back.

We just returned from a FABULOUS stay at The Newbury. I don't usually write reviews but after such a delightful experience I just felt compelled to let others know about this unique, quiet, perfectly situated hotel. We felt like we were actually living in the Back Bay for a few days. The entire staff is top notch and each interaction we had with the people working there was so pleasant. If you're traveling with kids definitely splurge on the fireplace suites- a fireplace butler will come up and build the fire for you. We tried all of the dining options on site and they were all delicious and convenient. There were snacks to grab from the library any time of day - even a well-stocked candy cart. The Newbury's concierge helped us get dining reservations and Celtics tickets, the valet parking experience was seamless; turn down service was another surprise- everyone who works at The Newbury seems to truly enjoy their job. …

We love staying at the Newbury! Pet friendly, great location, cozy bar and great gym. The valet can take 20 plus minutes to bring your car up so plan ahead. We have stayed in a lot of Boston hotels and this is definitely a favorite.

Perfect location to walk or take an Uber at most sites. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. My room overlooked the park. The room was large and had a beautiful bathroom. The water pressure was a bit low and the air was a bit loud. I would consider staying here again.

cant control the room temperature: either too hot or too cold/ 3 elevators with one call button, always a 10 min wait at the elevators. Be careful from their charges upon check in - absolutely crazy!
