The Revere is modern and well appointed and feels like an expensive hotel. Considering the decor, super comfortable room and beautiful bathroom, the price is reasonable. The toiletries in the bathroom are plentiful and high quality. The mattresses feel new. The Revere is currently undergoing extensive renovations which surprised us since when we stayed there last year the accommodations were...

The hotel reception is on the 6th floor above a multi storey car park.... Rooms are ok but there are no common parts to the hotel so it lacks the normal ambience of a hotel It's more like a hostel Location is good

Hotel was clean, with tasteful decor and great location. Lobby was under renovations but check in/checkout was quick! The room was modern and clean, no hall noises or run down amenities. We had an spectacular view.

Great hotel and excellent location. Our room even had a balcony with views of the sunset. Very close to Boston Common and Public Gardens. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Room was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay again.

Took the kids to Boston while they had break. Outstanding time and the staff was great. Pool was under construction while we were there so we didn't get to use it (kids were very sad) but really a great stay otherwise.

I find the entrance of the hotel not very welcoming. The entry is on the backside of the hotel which looks like a "delivery" only zone. You have to take the lift to the lobby. Also the lobby and reception area does not look at all like on the pictures. I think they are undergoing some refurbishment but it was...

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and really like the location and overall style of the place. Service is good and the bar and gym are great. The only complaint I would have is the rooms are long overdue for a refurbishment. Decor in my room is drab and not in keeping with the general stylish perception...

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Very nice hotel for a not too expensive price. Rooms were well decorated and looked modern, bed was comfortable. Only minor caveat is that the walls seemed somewhat thin, but overall was very happy with our booking.

Great choice - central, convenient location; the soap and shampoo smell so good; comfortable beds and cool decor. The elevators were very slow. And they are under renovations at the moment. This did not impede our visit - except no pool.

so I have stayed in this hotel more than a dozen times. they are renovating at this time, and the makeshift lobby is on the sixth floor. I was in a very nice room as usual, however I felt that the hotel should have done something "extra" for guests (especially regulars) given the renovations, etc. I don't know, I felt...

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
