This was our second visit to this hotel. The staff here is top notch. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. The only negative this trip is that our party of 5 waited 35 minutes for breakfast in the restaurant. I'm not sure if they were short staffed, but it was a bit frustrating. We will...

I very much enjoyed sharing your review with our staff, and they appreciate hearing that their exemplary level of service does not go unnoticed. This is my favorite hotel in Boston! Being raised just outside of the city, I am quite familiar with Boston hotels, but I didn’t realize how much I loved the Four Seasons until choosing it for my wedding venue. My husband and I were beyond impressed with everything the hotel had to offer. From the exceptional food to the elegant...

It was a very good experience. Staff were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. This is my fourth year to stay in Boston and will be coming back. The conference facilities were perfect for the event. The food and adult beverages were perfect.

Had stayed at Four Seasons Boston a few years ago and returned last week primarily because they had a swimming pool plus you can count on any FS for good bed & linens, cleanliness. This stay started off poorly; it was a rainy day and a staffer was cleaning the lobby floor with a huge machine with the noise level...

Wonderful staff and the best location. Cross the street and you're in the public gardens / Boston Common. Two minutes walk from Newbury street and some great shops. Five minute walk from historic Beacon Hill. Beautiful swimming pool. We had some cocktails and "bar bites" when we first arrived...everything was delicious. Room was excellent with a luxurious bathroom and L'Occitane...

Stayed here for 3 nights in a standard room. The rooms are a good size and overall typical of a Four Seasons hotel. The pool area on the top floor was rather disappointing. Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
