The hotel was amazing - very clean, staff were so friendly, daily health checks for guests (including temperature screens). My two kids (8 and 10), my husband and I all had a wonderful time! It was the perfect post-holiday escape!

I stayed Four Seasons Boston on our 2nd anniversary this year. Even though it's during the COVID-19, I felt safe and comfortable. Maintenance staffs kept on cleaning the lobby with disinfection spray and wipes. All the services I got provided was great too. I got my room upgraded to Park view. It was such a nice view that I could see Common Park from my room. All of the hotel staffs were extremely nice and friendly. I spent a great anniversary here. Thank you!(especially Bridget)

My family and I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston for the Teddy Bear Tea sleepover. We had such an amazing time and felt safe the entire time due to the measures that the Four Seasons has taken. First, we were greeted by an attendant that took our temperature, logged it with facial recognition technology, and provided us with a daily bracelet (the color of the bracelet provided was different each day to indicate that each guest and staff had their temperature taken that day). We appreciated this level of a safety measure because it allowed us to feel safe and comfortable during our stay. I also noticed air purifiers throughout the lobby and common areas. Our room was beautiful and had breathtaking views of the public garden. The room was very clean and had been recently renovated. Additional safety measures were taken in the room such as the remote controls being covered in plastic to ensure easy cleaning and sanitizing. Additional disposable masks and hand sanitizer along with other toiletries were provided in the room. The Teddy Bear Tea itself was so much for our children (and for us). It allowed for the children to have 1:1 time with Truffles as they listened to the story. My children enjoyed it very much and loved having the tea sandwiches and treats in our room. Each family can schedule a reserved time slot at the pool for private swimming. We loved having the pool to ourselves and appreciated this extra safety precaution. As always, the food, service, and staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We have stayed at other hotels during the Pandemic and the Four Seasons, Boston has definitely surpassed all others in terms of cleanliness, adhering (and going beyond) safety protocols and guidelines, while still ensuring that guests have a fun and stress free time. We can’t wait to go back!

My two children (3 years old and 1 years old), and my wife stayed at the Four Seasons Boston (Public Garden) in December, the hotel took serious Covid precautions when we arrived i.e. automated temperature scans (the equipment being used was extremely high-tech). The Four Seasons is always clean but actually seeing the staff sanitize every square inch after a guest visited an area was extremely impressive, the cleaning protocols implemented made my family and I feel very safe. The pool was luckily still open for our kids, the hotel implemented a reservation system which allows a 45 minute swim for each family to swim by themselves. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend a stay here.

This grand hotel, with all its beauty when you walk in, has a homey feel. The staff is right there welcoming and so kind! Everyone we encountered was so attentive to making our experience as happy as it could be for us! The location is special, being right across the street from the beautiful Boston Gardens. We also felt extremely safe with their covid protocol. We are already planning to go back soon!!!
