Disappointing stay. Loyal to Marriott and paid 20% more than a colleague that booked on 3rd party site same days. Asked the hotel to adjust rate but wasn’t willing although Marriott guarantees best rate direct booking. Don’t think this hotel amenities, location and size of room are worth over $400 / night. Miss having a breakfast option that isn’t room service.

Room Tip: No valet. No breakfast and lunch other than room service. Wasn’t impressed with roof top bar...

Dear Mckarla, Thank you for the kind remarks regarding our boutique style appeal and modern accommodations. However, we are disappointed to know that you had issues with your reservation which led to your disappointing stay. Marriott does guarantee best rate for direct booking with Marriott rates. We appreciate your patience, and we hope you will allow us another opportunity to serve you should your travel plans bring you back to Boston.

The locaton is great, but this "high-end" spot needs to improve to deliver a "high-end" experience. The good sign is they know it and are making an effort. The room service breakfast has dramatically improved. Breakfast was delivered lightning fast, like 10 minutes, and it was great. The restaurant is opening more than on my last visit, but they need to improve the service... needing more staff. Our room was fine... loved the light brought in by the large windows overlooking the financial district. Better than last time.... at least they are going in the right direction.

What an outstanding experience! This hotel was everything and more! VERY friendly and accommodating staff. Great rooftop bar, outstanding rooms with wonderful views and very centralized location to everything Boston has to offer. We traveled to visit to introduce my daughter to Boston, North End, Downtown, Fenway, etc. It was all enhanced by a awesome stay at this top-tier hotel. Thank you!
