Booked a room for my parents for a one night stay last week- they were becoming US citizens and I unfortunately couldn’t join (I reside in LA these days) but as a nice surprise I booked them a room here since it’s across from the govt building where citizenship takes place and because I’m a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member. I reached out to the hotel general manager Joe who was awesome. The staff upgraded the room and did something special (bottle of champagne, cheese plate etc) for them in the room to help them feel welcome. My parents has a great stay - special thanks to Joe and his team.
We went to Envoy with 3 other couples recently to celebrate two birthdays and the service was top notch. The Rooftop Bar has amazing views and our server was absolutely fabulous. We had dinner downstairs and again the quality of service was unmatched. We literally ordered the entire menu, drank the night away, chatted up the servers and they were more than accommodating with answering our questions and keeping us entertained. Everything on the menu was delicious (we had a few duplicate orders after ordering one of everything- fish tacos, octopus and gnocchi can’t be beat). I will definitely go back, and most certainly want to go in the winter to sit in an igloo!!
Loved the location, right in Seaport and less than 1/2 mile from Faneuil Hall. Easy walk. However, didn't like no valet parking and having to park in an independent lot across the street. The roof top bar crowd was difficult to manage. Rowdy line in reception area, difficult to use elevator, elevator dirty with empty cups and drunk kids. One kid even took a glass from my hand and drank my wine. They say one elevator is used exclusively for guests, but was not the case. Found all the staff to be exceptionally nice, accommodating and apologetic. The room was small, bed right in the middle of the room, but nice view, with full floor to ceiling windows. No sitting area, just one chair near window and a desk. Room could use a clock. For the price would not stay again.…
Rebecca and Maia at Envoy made sure that everyone was well taken care of. We hosted a brunch at the hotel restaurant the morning after our wedding and the food was amazing and service impeccable. Envoy was a fun spot and right in the heart of Fort Point. We will definitely stay there again.
Top notch place to stay. Great location by the harbor. Super nice room. Breakfast is superb. Easy walk to Quincy Marketplace. Try Jack Hooks nearby for lobster rolls. About a 25 minute walk to the start of the freedom trail. Highly recommend!
Excellent service and memorable stay at Envoy boston. Thanks to Boubkar for his great service during our stay. We also enjoyed breakfest at Para maria and had chance to leave luggage while enjoyed the city with a late checkout.
We were there for the Boston Marathon. The rooftop bar was a little cold but the heaters helped. They opened the bar on the first floor for us early - thank you! The rooms are a little tight but very well appointed. Wonderful shower and very nice bed and bedding
Very chic little hotel. Perfect location. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Bobkar (from the front desk) was especially friendly and helpful- a consummate professional He made arrangements to help make my daughter's 22 birthday extra special while we were in town for her apartment search. Going back again in two weeks with my husband - can't wait to relax at the rooftop bar!
Pictures look nicer online. No privacy in bathroom which is weird if traveling with friends. Cheap bedding, no mattress cover. Paid for couples package and never received the champagne. Can hear the rooftop bar from nearly every room late into the night. Excellent location but wouldn’t stay again.
Modern property on the waterfront with views. The front desk staff is top notch. I have stayed here maybe 10 times and my favorite room is the one looking at both the city and the water, Prior to Covid there was a full service restaurant with a great menu loved the fried feta) and drink menu (Brian's barrel aged), last time we were there it was closed. Plus the Barking Crab is a step away with some of the best fried clams(with bellies) and legit best lobster roll in town.
