No coffee in room unless you request it... asked at check in, never happened.... call next day, it came but was terrible- dining cannot be booked in hotel, 3rd party platform and breakfast must be done online 2.5 hours prior- brings us to lunch and after check out. Great room and great staff
Stayed for a quick holiday excursion hoping to catch some lights and good cheer. Although the hotel was pretty much empty, the staff was terrific. Super friendly and easy contact free check in. Received a cute safety package with a mask and hand sanitizer. Room was clean but minimal. Great view of Boston Tea Party Museum. Bed was very comfy. Location is excellent. Walking distance to all Seaport-Snowport activities, and restaurants. We walked to the North End for dinner. I think the appeal of this hotel is most likely the rooftop bar, which unfortunately was closed. Actually most hotel services were not offered, which is understandable. Overall a great stay, and would return when life gets back to normal!
We’re have visited the rooftop many times before in the summer so we knew we loved the vibe of this cool hotel and city center location. We visited last weekend for a “staycation” and absolutely loved it. Our room was sparkling clean, staff were friendly and everyone was masked which helped put us at ease. The view from our room was so good we opted for delivery and enjoyed an amazing meal overlooking the Harbor and city skyline. It is in the heart of everything and the next morning we loved being able to walk to an amazing cafe, sit by the water and have a romantic city weekend, safely. It was a wonderful visit and we look forward to returning again.
I booked a junior suite - no upgrade for ambassador elite status. The room was very large with modern amenities and nice design. It felt like a more upscale Moxy. I was disappointed that there was no mini fridge in the room but otherwise I had everything I needed. Nice water views from the room and it was a quiet stay which is a high priority for me. Another disappointment was no onsite food options right now. However the hotel did very kindly organize a welcome amenity for me as I had had a personal emergency causing the hotel stay so that care was very much appreciated. We lady who delivered it was very sweet. I booked during a sale period and paid a very reasonable amount for the room. Nice property in the Seaport area.
I stayed at this beautiful hotel in Boston recently and I was very impress by their diligence at implementing all the standards for keeping the hotel clean and safe for their customers during COVID-19 time. The staff was well trained to follow the procedures and I felt very safe during my stay! Priceless!
