A pioneer in a newly emerging city, The Envoy Hotel's bold interiors and easy style are set in contrast to the city's New England traditions, yet right at home in its wunderkind neighborhood. Rooms and suites are oriented to the water, and have a quintessentially urban view, providing a uniquely efficient and comfortable roost with carefully considered custom details, bits of surprise and pops of color. Our on-site OUTLOOK Kitchen + Bar opening in Fall 2015 aims to serve neighbors and guests alike-an instant favorite as much for its farm-fam fare as for its water-view vantage point and well-hewn cocktail culture. Six floors up, we dialed up the view, the scene, and the smooth interface-our LOOKOUT Rooftop + Bar is both stunning and chill, a beacon for the new frontier. Yes, there is a 24/7 state-of-the-industry fitness center that invites guests to work it off in good time. With jogging maps at the ready and bikes standing by, everyone can take to the streets and live like a true local.

Neighborhood
Seaport District / South Boston Waterfront
This area has been expanding and becoming more and more popular, for good reason. Not surprisingly, the seaport district of South Boston is located beautifully along the water. The area is designed for easy strolling along the HarborWalk, and there are bars and restaurants for all ages and budgets. The Institute of Contemporary Art is located in this area in a contemporary building with an absolutely stunning deck overlooking the water. In the summer time there are Friday music concerts on the deck of the museum. Nearby, there are many green spaces to enjoy.

A must visit in Boston. Seems to be the place to be for happy hour. May be the only rooftop bar around. Friendly staff and be sure to try their “special cocktail”. Valet parking available and convenient location.

The Envoy delivers a hip, modern vibe. From the incessant music in the lobby, to the noise from the upstairs bar, to the music and noise from the Barking Crab restaurant directly outside my window last night — the Envoy provides a “lit” ambience which is great if you a 20

Dear BigD045, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We appreciate you speaking with our Front Office manager during your stay and hope the resolution we provided was amenable. I also wanted to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to noise from the property and surrounding businesses. Our Managers and Door Hosts monitor the busier than normal time periods to ensure the comfort for every guest, and we regret that this was an inconvenience to your experience. I understand how important a peaceful nights rest is, as that is the main reason for your patronage. As a valued guest we have highlighted your profile to secure a room location in a quieter area of the property for any of your future travel. We are grateful for your patience, and want you to know our front desk is always available to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for choosing the Envoy, and we hope you will give us another chance to welcome you back the next time you visit the area. All the Best, Joseph A. Mellia General Manager
