Hotel's Favorite
Revisiting Boston from San Diego for our anniversary and decided to stay at the Intercontinental Hotel again. It never disappoints! This visit, however, has been exceptionally special as the staff has been very attentive and has gone above and beyond to make our stay extremely enjoyable and memorable. Specifically the management, Jack and John, along with the concierge staff of Rob and Adam, have attended to our every need and have made lots of suggestions to make our trip better than we could have imagined. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. All staff members from housekeeping to the bellmen have been friendly and have gone out of their way to get us what we needed and helped us in every way. We are so delighted that we came back and look forward to another stay in the future.

Our room was lovely and the bathroom was gorgeous, functional and large. Behind the hotel they have some comfortable furniture set up along the water and the lobby is quite comfortable and cozy. It is very easy to walk to South Station and the hotel is within easy walking distance of two great bakeries (flour, tatte) and a Trader Joes. The Rose Kennedy Greenway also makes walking to the North End, Fanueil Hall etc very pleasant and easy. We would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel large rooms and bathrooms loved they had walk in shower the pool was also much appreciated . The staff are friendly and the location is perfect for getting g to see the sights of Boston. We found great little coffee shop around the corner Sorrelle great coffee and sandwiches. The only down side is you are charged a convention Center tax which I could not understand ! But I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Dear Kate055, Thank you for staying with us at InterContinental Boston and for the five star review. We are happy to read that you were able to take advantage of our hotel amenities as well as enjoy all of the cities sites and attractions. Yes the TDMD is a new city tax for all Boston and Cambridge Hotels and it is a mandator fee that goes towards the marketing of the city. I am glad to hear that you would consider staying with us in the future, we look forward to welcoming you back. Kind regards, Laura Ward Director of Sales and Marketing

Our stay at this hotel was excellent, from the accommodations to the service we received from every member of the staff from the moment we left our car with the valet, check-in, check-out, concierge, bellhop. All were so incredibly pleasant, efficient, and couldn't be more professional and helpful in taking care of every detail of our stay. The location on the waterfront is lovely, with outside seating for guests. Unfortunately, we were only here for one evening of our stay in Boston, as we were meeting up with a group at a different (far inferior) property for the remainder of our visit. Like our stays at other InterContinental properties, we were not disappointed. Thank you.
