This is a fantastic property that is strategically located across from the Boston Convention Center. We stayed here on our way for a Labor Day Vacay to the Cape/Martha’s Vineyard/Nantucket. As titanium elite members, the General Manager, Steve Juscen, graciously upgraded us to a beautiful one bedroom suite. He also warmly welcomed us with a delicious fruit and cheese platter along with a handwritten note. Definitely a classy touch. The property is elegant with contemporary touches. The hotel staff were all warm and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel's Favorite
We had a great stay back in November at the Westin Boston Waterfront. Our room was upgraded to the top floor with a magnificent view of the seaport and city skyline. Staff provided us with a crib for our infant and made us feel extra special with a welcome amenity from the GM. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and the parking was easy to navigate. Thank you for a great two night stay, we will be back!

I had an absolutely lovely stay at this property. The hotel is very well located in Boston. Me and my boyfriend walked everywhere from there. When you come In there’s a huge screen with nature photos and videos, absolutely stunning! The room was very clean and we had one with a great room facing downtown. I love how the complimentary coffee is from Starbucks, they also have a branch in the lobby, which it was very convenient before heading out. I also, loved loved the water, sparkling water and iced machine on our floor by the elevator. The gym was very clean and has great machines and like 15 Pelotons bikes, I was in heaving at the gym. I really recommend this hotel for the location, price, amenities and cleanliness.

We spent a week in Boston while working remotely from our room. We usually go for AirBnB but AirBnB in Boston are double the price of a hotel so we decided to try a hotel. The Westin did not disappoint! During the day we took advantage of the in-lobby Starbucks with a nice seating area as well as the huge gym. At lunch time we visited a bunch of the nearby restaurants on Sea Port boulevard. The room was really high end, including amazing smelling body wash in the shower and a huge 4K TV in the room. Our room also had a 180° view of downtown with no nearby buildings blocking the view all the way from the Prudential building to the water. We didn’t realize this when we booked but the hotel is just a ten minute walk from the Amtrak station which was perfect since we’ll be taking the Amtrak for our next stop: NYC.

Like others, we had problems checking in - no upgrade. After flying across the country you don't want to have to drag your own bags, but the front counter said they had no bell men. So we asked to valet the car and they had to call someone. It doesn't get better from there. The bar in lobby is lively and convenient except for the fact the there are dirty glasses everywhere and the bartenders do their best not to ever serve you. we bonded with other bar patrons over this and eventually all went to a bar nearby. Definitely take the breakfast as your reward option. The restaurant was friendly, service fast and the food was good. The Starbucks in the lobby has a line that runs about an hour every morning. Some might think that the hotel would take notice and offer coffee at the bar, but that's just crazy thinking. The location is ideal, except that when there is a convention next door the ingress and egress is impacted. Hope they get it together.
