Fabulous location close to T, Newbury Street, Copley, restaurants. Great staff. Room small and basic but entirely adequate. Have stayed here before and definitely would do so again. Only real negative was tiny shower for 6'3" companion!

Great location for shopping! It's close to Neybury street where you could find all the TOP brands for shopping. Also, the location alows you to walk 20-25min by foot to Downtown, strolling arround Boston Common park which in Autumn is amazing. The guest room it's great (maybe some more tables would be better, and a toaster! ) with coffee and... More

Very good hotel, the staff was good and helpful. The bed was very good. Good lounge on our floor with Starbucks coffee and hot and cold water to drink. The location of the hotel was very good and short walk to everything that we needed.

Great location, nice rooms, and nice staff! It is easy to get to and right near the metro station. I was lucky to have a good deal, otherwise it was a little too expansive for me. Definitely good value for money though!

Up for Thanksgiving week to see family. The location was great close to the T and train station. The hotel and room were very clean. All the staff were wonderful and willing to answer any questions. The only negative was the room was a little small and the bathroom only had a shower but with the little time we spent... More

This boutique hotel is in a posh area in Boston, close to attractions, metro stations, shopping areas and restaurants. It is the old building for the YWCA. The building and elevators are old, the rooms are small, no closets, but the bathrooms work well and the bed is clean and comfortable. There is a cafe downstairs where you can get... More

The rooms were so paper thin that my girlfriend and I could hear many of our neighbors from their rooms, as well as people speaking in the hallways. It was so bad that we hardly slept for most of our stay. Also, they gave us a tiny bed that barely fit us and we are normal sized people. It was... More

Convenient for bigger conference hotels nearby, especially if they're full!. No restaurant, or breakfast. Smallish rooms for the price. Pleasant staff, though. Probably not so good for tourists, as it is quite some way to sights, but near Newbury Street, Prudential center, and the Copley T stop, to be fair.

Nice location, bed and shower. Very clean and beautiful. Staff at lobby very efficient. Room is too noisy, you hear everything from outside and other rooms. The noise of the vacuum cleaner woke me up very early in the morning.

Good Option. Excellent location! Staff helpful in the hearth of Boston! The price is honest in relation with other surrounding option. The cleaness is excellent.. They don't have any kind of room service with regards food and drink..In general a good option

Staying in Back Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
