Had a great time at the hotel. The restaurant/bar staff was very personable. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with helping me find places to go. Fabulous location, right next to North Station. One negative, and i kept forgetting to mention this to the front desk, but the light in the bathroom over the sink was so dim that... More

This was a weekend reunion with three college roommates from way back when! The location was PERFECT for us to attend a concert at the TD Garden, visit Fanueil Hall, eat in the North End, ride Codzilla in the Boston Harbor, enjoy Government Center and the historic sites around this area. All within safe walking distance! The room was modern... More

My husband and I stayed at the Boxer after a two week trip beginning in Niagara, then New York followed by a cruise to Bermuda, so arrived in Boston a little jaded. Soon perked up when they gave us an 'upgrade' to the corner room 810 - full of windows, huge bed and very modern layout.Loved it. Staff were very... More

Friendly greeting from the staff when we arrived late at night after a very long trip. Front desk were fast to point out that they had "put us in a junior suite", as if this were some kind of upgrade. In the end this was the family room we had paid for anyhow, including a double and a sofa bed.... More

Location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel recently renovated, rooms well appointed. Would recommend. We went to a Red Sox game and caught the T (subway), hotel is closer to TD Gardens so this would be ideal if that's where you were heading to watch a game.

We stayed here for two nights and we were impressed. The room and hotel were very clean and well kept. The staff for exceptional and nice! They provided free bikes to ride around on if you chose to take a cruise around. I would say my only negative to this hotel is that the Ice machine was broken. So everytime... More

I just stayed here along with several of my family members for my wedding. The Boxer Hotel is a great place to stay while in Boston! It's located very close to iconic spots around Boston such as Faneuil Hall, TD Garden and the North End. The staff there is great, everyone was really friendly and took care of all my... More

I stayed at the boxer for 2 nights in early September with my boyfriend. We lucked out and got our room upgraded to a suite for free when we arrived to check-in, which was super nice of them. The room itself was perfect! Immaculately clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and spacious... not to mention a very nice view in the corner... More

My only regret is that my stay was too short to fully enjoy this hotel. The room was not very large but it was clean, modern, and comfortable with all the amenities I could ask for. There is also a great beer selection both at the bar and in the mini bar. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Do not and I mean DO NOT make a reservation at this hotel. I booked my hotel room in February for an August date. I pre-paid my room and paid extra for late check in as I was coming in on Amtrak and would be checking in at 8:30pm as my train comes in at 8:00pm. I even called the... More
