Although this hotel is on a corner the way they have catered with the rooms is great, the room i stayed in was quite small but still. The hotel is located quite close to TD Garden and just a short stroll to the town center, would definitely recommend

We were at the Boxer for two nights for a wedding. We had some horrible trouble with our flights so we didn't actually arrive until after midnight but the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming. Much needed after a full day of dealing with airlines! The rooms are small but they are comfortable. If you are... More

My fiance and I took a weekend getaway to Boston. It was our first trip to Boston, and my gift to him for his birthday! I began doing my research just on the internet here looking for somewhere unique and more on the gentleman-ly side since the stay was for my fiance's birthday, and typically when we go away I... We spent two nights at The Boxer. It is close to the North End and the Freedom Trail. Some of the rooms are small. The hotel has been updated and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is a small bar and restaurant attached.

Not only was the Boxer a chic, boutique hotel with an authentic Boston vibe, but the staff was among the best I've ever interfaced with. The group as a whole was happy, friendly and extremely helpful. I had an extended stay due to business and every time I waked through the lobby a staff member said hello or offered to... More

Quaint little hotel small rooms desent price for the location. However there is no close parking unless you want to pay to valet but that ends at 9pm. We drove from New Jersey and had no where to park when we arrived at 2am. The front desk clerk was not very helpful. Didn't help with our bags or our parking... More

We stayed in a king bed room for one night. The room was compact -to be expected in a city hotel - but attractive and designed to make good use of available space. (Well, maybe they could remove some of the pricey snacks cluttering the shelf space) A good buffet breakfast (eggs, bacon, granola, fresh fruit etc) was included in... More

The room is nice, with really good beds, but it is the details that pulls it down. For this type of hotel I would have expected more - the wardrobe was almost non-existant, with 5 hangers and only one shelf 2 girls are in trouble...when we asked for 2 duvets - we were informed that these were all taken and... We stayed three nights, the room was relatively small but very comfortable, there are Occitane amenities in the bathroom and complimentary apples available at the reception. The hotel is very conveniently located, only approx 10 minutes walk to Faneuil Hall and halfway between two metro stations: North Station and Haymarket.

Location? Excellent. Short drive to/from the airport as well as the financial district. Walking distance to so many pubs/restaurants. Lots of options. Room? Awesome. Full of charming character. Small /cozy - but perfect for 1 business traveler. I had a king bed that was ULTRA comfortable, excellent pillows. Very clean bathroom. Decor was masculine - but I loved it. Dark... More
