I spent a week in Boston (Sept 2019), and so I split the trip between 2 hotels. I started the first half of the trip staying at The Boxer, and it was perfect. The location was perfect for walking the north end of Boston. I took an Uber from the airport to the hotel, and the rest was on foot. First, Mike at the main desk was A-mazing. He was fun, friendly and provided a ton of information for our trip. His recommendations were spot on. The hotel is not big, and the rooms are quite... cozy, but it was charming. With so much to see in Boston, you don't need a lot in a hotel room.

This hotel is located right downtown so we were able to walk everywhere. Great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Staff was very nice and accomodating. The room was small but very clean and well appointed. I would stay here again.

Great hotel with a great location. Rooms can sometimes have a funky layout due to the building's shape. Staff is best in class. Check in/check out was really smooth. Karena was super helpful during my stay.

Stayed at The Boxer for the first time recently as I was in town for Céline Dion at TD Garden. The Boxer is so close to the venue...like 3 blocks. Super convenient & an easy walk to & from... The corner room was small but quaint! King bed super super comfy! Room was clean and just darling! Great mini bar too( for extra$ if you felt like splurging! Ate dinner there before the concert. Our waitress was lovely. Food ok for what we ordered...just an appetizer & salad. Valet parking I thought was pricey $53/night but who wants to hassle with parking in Boston and it was raining so worth it I guess. Staff was super friendly! A great experience!
