The location can't be beat (but don't bring a car). The walk up to our suite was over 30 stairs which is fine for some and not others (think European hotels). The suite was kept very clean and had one of the best showers one could experience (and being mindful of water usage it is guilty pleasure). The mattresses and...

I stayed here for a couple of nights on a recent business trip. I cannot say enough goodness about the location of this place. It is above the amazing Bricco restaurant on the north end of Boston on a little street that feels like you are in Europe. The suites are clean, yet super small and to get to said...

Excellent, spacious and high spec apartment in the heart of the Italian Quarter in Boston. Countless restaurants and bars in the vicinity with the Bricco Restaurant underneath. Stairs only up to the apartments, but the owner and a member of his staff where more than helpful in getting our luggage up a couple of flights. Very convenient for all that...

Bricco Suites is definitely unique, and if you are looking for a standard hotel experience, go elsewhere. Yes, you do check-in at the hostess stand inside the restaurant. We arrived just before lunchtime, and the staff was unpacking loads of boxes -- they had just received their wine shipment, which we found very interesting to watch and not at all...

We stayed here on a family vacation with two seniors, two adults, and one Toddler. We had a two bedroom suite with a kitchen. The room was excellent! Very clean and neat. The location of Bricco suites could not get any better. You are in the heart of Hanover Street in the north end. Surrounded by hundreds of amazing restaurants...

Don't be put off by reviewers complaining about the supposedly "steep" stairs. Because of these reviews I was almost expecting to have to shimmy up a pole to get to my room! Lo and behold, a perfectly normal staircase led to my door. You would either have to be in terrible shape or very elderly to find these stairs a...

Quite a unique place to stay. Located above the Bricco Restaurant. Two bedroom unit in amongst the local bakeries, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Little Italy in the North End of Boston. Located on the Freedom Trail. Easy access to catch the T which will take you most anywhere. Also easy walk to the wharf, Boston commons, almost anywhere depending...

Visited with my parents, newborn and partner last month. There were a couple of very minor problems which we reported and I did say it's just so they were aware rather then an issue for our stay. They jumped on them straightaway and got them all resolved and were so friendly with it. They also got me a microwave so...

Staying in North End

Neighborhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
