Great place. Very friendly staff. The restaurant was a very Kool place to hang out. My also had a great time and stayed at the hotel. I really love the location. The parking is the only difficult part of my trip, but I guess it's to be expected in downtown boston.

HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW

First time in Boston and first time at a Loews hotel - extremely impressed by both! Welcoming porters, friendly and efficient check in, comfortable and well appointed room, great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant area, sensibly priced bar food - all good. I try to leave some constructive criticism for hotels that I visit but it's difficult on this occasion. My...

The location of this hotel is great; it's just a few blocks from the park, the shopping, Back Bay station, and many restaurant choices. The bar below gets really loud and busy, but it's a good vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful. The building has a lovely solid feel and the rooms and beds are very clean and comfortable. We stayed...

I enjoyed my stay the Loews Boston Hotel for the night! I went for a business trip and I would highly recommend this hotel. The room had a very relaxing feel which was must needed after my conference. The area is amazing too! It's located within walking distance of restaurants and things to do in the city of Boston!

We loved this hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful and convenient location (just a couple blocks from the Public Garden, Newbury Street, and incredible dining). Love the historical factor with it being the first Boston Police Precinct. Huge kudos for the gourmet coffee/hot chocolate available in their lobby at all times. This hotel was perfect for a trip with...

Hello LosAngelelsMoml2017, and thank you very much for the post. Our location truly is the best in Boston, great for sightseeing and taking in all Boston has to offer. And, yes, the complimentary coffee/espresso/latte/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine is all the rage! Not many hotels offer this service 24 hours a day but we are pleased to do so...thank you for making...

The quality of services provided was excellent, the location very good but the value for price was not optimal. I consider the hotel very expensive since we paid a total amount of 500euros per night for a 3 member family living in a two double bed bedroom.

Stayed at Loews Boston for a few nights this week due to conference at work. Everyone at the hotel is extremely friendly and courteous. Room was quiet and clean. Pillows were extremely soft and bit uncomfortable. Would prefer a mix of soft and firm pillows. Overall, good hotel.

Staying in Back Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
