We have never experienced such dynamic customer service. We were slated to travel to Montreal very early in the morning... From giving us advice on how to maneuver traffic to ensuring our car would be ready at the wee hours of the morning, they did it all... Upon learning that our flights were cancelled, the staff assured us that they would accommodate us if we could not get another flight out of Boston... When experiencing a minor room issue, it was remedied immediately... EVERY staff member delivered this level of service and will impact the number of recommendations we give when knowing that friends, family or colleagues are traveling to Boston... BTW: location, amenities, cleanliness and coffee in the morning are an added bonus!...

When I asked the reception for recommendations on what was going on in Boston (concerts or otherwise) in the the evening they had none , and no effort was made to find out (!)... When I told the receptionist I paid in miles ,they said I would have to contact my ‘third party’ again zero assistance... Coffee machine in lobby only working intermittently -had to stir the beans every morning (3 day stay) Manager helped themselves to coffee and proceeded to have a loud conversation across the lobby lounge with another member of staff Nicely designed hotel however service could be a lot better...

We arrived late at night and was greeted warmly and checked in quickly... Our room was great, spotlessly clean with everything we needed... The harbour was walkable within 30/40 minutes... The complimentary coffee in the lounge was a great bonus... The front desk staff and the door staff were kind and helpful with the exception of one gentleman at reception who made us feel uncomfortable asking for recommendations/directions and didn’t look very happy when one member of staff went out of her way to help us, thank you to her 😊 We felt the hotel was geared more towards the business traveller especially in the evenings... After a long day sightseeing we returned to the hotel wanting a drink at the bar before changing for the evening but it was incredibly busy and noisy with no where to sit ( we were also told there was a wait list for a table outside) this was due to a private business event...

This hotels staff is very kind and accommodating. The door men are always so nice to say hello and make you feel welcome... The bar/restaurant staff are also top notch on service and kindness... Whom ever hired this staff did a great job...

Hotel AKA Back Bay exceeded all expectations... We checked in to the most welcoming front desk staff... They thought of everything - they had ponchos for runners and family, had poster board for spectators, offered a to go box for runners and even gave finishers a certificate with their finish time... The bellmen greeted us with a smile — really, everything was perfect... Congrats Hotel AKA, you knocked our socks off...

Gentleman was friendly, took my bag straight in for me, and introduced me to the lovely lady at the front desk... I ordered room service for my dinner...
