I stayed here for three nights and loved it! The room was spacious with high ceilings and the bathroom was big too. The staff were super friendly and it's a relatively small hotel so it wasn't loud or overly busy. PERFECT location too and the outside of the building is very pretty. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come... More

Great location, very easy walk to restaurants, park and the T. Accommodations were very nice, neat historic building, clean rooms and quiet. The staff was outstanding, gave great recommendations for places to eat, best place to the the 4th of July fireworks and navigating the transportation. Made for a great trip to Boston and ready to go back!

We, a family of 4, husband on business, daughter going 2 BU orientation, 14 yr old son in town for Demi Lovato and mom trying to handle it all-were so very well accommodated by this wonderful place. Location is perfect-walkable to EVERYTHING we needed/wanted to do. We were able to check in early and were given an amazingly large room... More

This is an historical building with a modern touch. The rooms were clean and the lobby and TV room were clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, Copley Square is about a block away. Our 1st day plans were the Boston Library (right around the corner), Trinity Church (one block), the Public Garden (about 3 blocks) and the Green T... More

My family and I come to Boston every two years and stay at this hotel. it is a great family hotel. The staff and management treats everybody like family. Location is the best in Boston. Right in the middle of Copley square. The prudential center and malls are right across the street. Bernard and Justin make the stay very pleasant. I... More

You simply can’t go wrong with the Courtyard Marriott at Copley Square. For starters, the location is ideal; being an easy 1 mile walk to Fenway Park, and the hotel literally sits across the street from the Boston Public Library, and half block from Copley Square. There are tons of restaurants and pubs in every direction. We had two great... More

Our stay at this Courtyard was delightful. The staff exceptional - every request we made was immediately tended to and the location could not be better. The front desk was especially accommodating with our check out. We will be coming to Boston frequently over the next several years since our son will be attending Northeastern and we will definitely be... More

Staying in Back Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
