a small boutique hotel, that feels cozy. rooms are small, but unique and warm. amenities are simple. restaurant is a bit below average, which is probably a result of being small and not justifying higher quality fare. but everyone is alwasy very nice.

It was fine. It was mostly clean. It is in an awesome location if you're in town to do something at the Garden.

The Kimpton Onyx Hotel is centrally located for walking to Faneuil Hall and the Celtics game and has parking, which was the reason we decided to stay there. Over all the staff was friendly and the property was clean.
The location of this venue is awesome for an event at the TD Garden. It also is so close to everything that you could possibly want to see and do. The staff is always warm and friendly. Valet is quick and easy to use. Love this place. Have stayed here at least 15 times.
"As high up as possible."
"Get a room on a high floor. There was quite a bit of street noise and we were on the 10th floor."
"Dog friendly hotel"
"Request a room away from the elevator & ice rooms."
"I would review the website. I did not, I went on prior Kimpton experience. I think it would have helped to have chosen a different room."
