+Not much to recommend this run down dump of a place other than its location, which is pretty good. -Staff is very rude and on a power trip. You can tell the rooms used to have microwaves and refrigerators. However, over time, the microwaves and refrigerators broke down. Instead of replacing the equipment, which would have been the ethical thing to do, the Wyndham decided to start charging guests in rooms with microwaves and/or refrigerators an extra $20 a night, calling the basic equipment an “upgrade.” The staff enjoys lording it over guests, withholding refrigerators and microwaves from some guests and magnanimously granting the equipment to others. Pathetic. Please get a life. The hotel infrastructure is sad and run down. I would not stay here again.

I don’t even want to be generous enough to rate them a 1 out of 10. Absolutely terrible. What hotel doesn’t clean your room at the start of the day? What hotel just hands you towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper and tells you to do it yourself? Apparently it’s not a requirement for hotels to clean your room. Rooms are disgusting, Bathroom is dirty. No explanation nothing, just hotel policy. Disappointing and disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. An absolute dump of a place. Do yourself the favor and stay anywhere but here.

This was by far a horrible experience for myself and my family. The room was absolutely disgusting, people’s hairs from previous were all over, mold and dirt in the shower, used towels in the bathroom with stains on it and the beds had hairs in it!!!! To make things worse, we left for the day, came back to see there was no room cleaning! My husband called the front desk at 7pm asking to have our room serviced - we had no toilet paper, clean towels, wanted CLEAN bedsheets- he was told no and that we must “request” room cleaning. A man came to our door handing us our own bedsheets and said we had to do it our selves. I then call the front desk complaining and the man talked down to me like I was stupid accusing that I don’t stay in hotels and that hotels do not clean rooms daily and that it “had to be” explained to us that they don’t clean the rooms unless we stay more than several days. DISGUSTING!!!!!! That was never discussed once. I had toured the world with a company over the past several years so i am HIGHLY accustomed to hotel staying and this was by far my worst experience. I am so upset and I highly recommend NOT staying here, it is not clean and the photos look nothing like the rooms. You’ll probably have a better trip at a $50 motel.

Got to see two games in a weekend. Can’t stop Boston at least on that weekend. My wife surprised me with trip and the hotel was so easy to get to and away from. We love to the north of Boston and hate traffic so this was excellent.

After doing a lot of research for my first visit to Boston this was one of the better reviewed hotel but we found our selves disappointed. There was a $75 incidental fee that was not disclosed to use when arriving at check it. When I called to discuss with the hotel after checking my credit card they advised it’s standard and rushed me off the phone. The bathroom in our room was not anywhere near the pictures standard. The shower curtain had holes in it, it wouldn’t stay up just kept falling. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom to help with the moisturizer so someone else could use the bathroom to get ready. Very unhappy with my stay here.
