The caring staff make this a really special hotel. My elderly parents flew in to Boston in the morning on 8/1, and went straight to the Wyndham. Kip gave them a warm welcome, and allowed them to check in early. They were exhausted, and this was such a blessing. Thank you Kip! When I arrived, I was greeted by Hamza. He took the time to ask why we were in Boston, expressed sincere condolences for our situation, and offered well wishes for a speedy recovery for my husband. Hamza's genuine concern and thoughtful interactions helped us feel welcomed and cared for during a very difficult time for myself and my parents. His people skills are exemplary. It is perfect that he is the first person you meet as you enter the hotel. Thank you, Wyndham, for your great staff and a very pleasant stay!

I booked a room here for my partner to stay at while I had surgery at Mass General Hospital. It's the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the Hospital and actually walking distance to downtown Boston. He stayed in a Corner King room and it was super clean and perfect in this situation. There is a pub across the street also which you can grab something to (The Hill Tavern) eat at close by. Normally the hotel would have food but in this COVID-19 crisis things are different. There is also a Whole Foods close by for items you may have forgotten and Starbucks coffee shop close by as well for an early morning coffee. The price was right also, all pluses!

We chose this hotel because it was the most reasonable price near the downtown area. The hotel offers valet parking at the normal rate ($58/night) which made dropping off baggage easy. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. Because of COVID, the normal amenities (pool, breakfast) were unavailable. The location is great; if your party is willing to walk, you can walk to restaurants, the Common, around the Freedom Trail, and many attractions. There is also a Whole Foods next door which is great for any forgotten items. I would recommend this hotel.

Dear Jessica W, Thank you so much for your review. You covered so many items that other travelers are interested in during this Covid 19 time. As you mentioned, the pool, dining, and fitness are currently closed. We do hope to having dining again once our occupancy increases. It is a nice location to see the city, close to many attractions. Whole Foods is certainly an added bonus. Thanks again. Be well, Polly

The staff were very pleasant and personable. Nothing was ever a problem. It was very close to Mass Eye & Ear which is where we needed to be near. There was a CVS and Whole Foods nearby for essential items. The room was very nice and very spacious and had a microwave and small fridge which is necessary especially if you are staying somewhere longterm like we did. We were there during this COVID 19 pandemic and even tho it was the pandemic they provided you with all supplies for your room eg towels, coffee, tissues, shampoo etc. All of the staff were pleasant. We will stay there again. Special thanks to Polly and Kip.

My Father was having an Operation at Mass General Hospital in May 2020 and needed a place to stay near the hospital post-op. I contacted the hotel directly and got a great rate. The staff, especially Tom Chmura, General Manager and Polly Craig, Director of Guest Services were so helpful and kind during what was a difficult time for my family. I am very grateful. The hotel is well priced for that area, excellently located and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Due to the Pandemic I would highly recommend the Stay Well rooms as they are cleaned via UV technology which kills germs and pathogens and the rooms all use HEPA filtration. My parents had a great stay here and I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting MGH or looking to explore Boston.
