I had trouble in deciding between 3 and 4 stars. The price, as stated, is way too high. The rooms are small and have few amenities, except a rudimentary refrigerator. They are old and in need of an update. On the up side the restaurant is OK, as is the bar. The personnel are on the friendly side if a...

We stayed here 2 nights in April 2017 at the end of a great tour that led us through 9 Eastern + New England states. We enjoyed our stay in Boston. The hotel is at a perfect location: Plenty of restaurants around and most major sights can be reached by foot or (in the case of the JFK library) by...

Come to Boston a lot. This time most hotels were sold out so, I decided to stay at the Wyndam one nigh for one night. BIG MISTAKE. I up to over 20 Bedbug bites all over my legs. Ill never stay at this place again and neither should you!

Hello Roman 1965, I am disappointed to see your review concerning our bites. Did you notify the staff so that we could address the issue? We take this information very seriously. The room would be placed out of order and our pest company called to inspect the room. As you can see from our reviews, this has not been an...

My husband had surgery at Mass general hospital and I wanted to stay near by the hospital This hotel was perfect for that . Very close to hospital. An easy walk back and forth. The room was nice and I was very comfortable there. The staff was very nice and the restaurant for breakfast was good This was just perfect...

Last week, my family traveled to Boston – to Massachusetts General - for a second opinion on my father's cancer. We are so glad we chose the Wyndham for our stay. We could not have asked for a better location as it is right across the street from Mass General, but what stood out was the excellent customer service and...

Excellent location whether you are visiting a loved one at Mass General or in the Beacon Hill area of Boston. Hotel was updated with a nice bar in the lobby area- rooms quite spacious and updated and staff was very accommodating. I would DEFINITELY stay there again as well as recommend others to do so as well.

Stayed here for a business event and I had left my glasses in the Uber we took to the hotel the night before we departed. Got hold of the Uber driver who very nicely agreed to drop them at the hotel. I then called the hotel as I had checked out and was on my way home. I explained the...

Enjoyed my stay at Wyndham. Nice sized room with the modern amenities. Very close to Massachusetts General Hospital and the red line subway station. Obviously there were occasions where the ambulances were coming in so you could hear them from the hotel. The Deans List restaurant downstairs is very good so be sure to visit them too.

We were here to apartment hunt near MGH. Perfect spot within walking distance from the hospital and all relevant apartments. Rooms were clean and our view of the Charles River was the icing on the cake! Probably 1/3 of the best Boston restaurants are within walking distance to the hotel - so dinner was incredible! Breakfast is served in the...
