No hello or a small smile when we got our key! "And you don't have any housekeeper, if you need towels or something you can get it here at the desk!" WHAT!!! Isn't it a hotel! When we went to our room we found out that all the kitchen elements were gone! No pan, no kettle, no cutlery, no glass!...

Stayed for 3 nights and for the price was very good. Clean bathroom, nice white sheets and spacious room. Yes, OK, the room and hotel were tired but there is a refurb in process and for the price, in and around Boston, you can't argue. No breakfast but IHOP next door and MacDonalds and also an excellent restaurant, the Stockyard,...

Stopped in before a very early flight out of Boston, best price around but the room was a bit dingy. The staff were helpful, efficient, and friendly. The room appeared clean except for dust bunnies on the floor behind the nightstand which was pushed out a bit.

We came for the Boston Marathon and found the location quite a walking distance from the route, but it was not an issue whatsoever because we called Uber and a ride in less than 5 minutes. The room was average, but clean and had everything we needed. Customer service at the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. We'll be...

We only needed one night so this was a pretty decent spot. The room itself was great if not a little cramped. It was an odd corner room with one queen bed but wasn't too much of a inconvenience. What was an inconvenience was the fact that there wasn't an elevator and no breakfast of any sort (they did have...

Arrived in rainstorm. Rain pouring into entrance. Man with wet vac sucking it up slower than it was coming in. Desk clerk (dark-skinned Middel Easterner) just nasty. Attitude of a skunk.

We stayed there for college visit there in July 08, & January 09. Hotel is OK. No continental breakfast is available. The bathroom is small & the fan does not work, so it would stink so you have to wait to use after it had been used. The location is good for BU and other places. AC worked and heat...

my brother and i came to boston to see the red sox play and to do some shopping/sight-seeing. we were not about to pay $200+++ to stay in town. the place was easy to find and very central to what we wanted to do. we drove everywhere with no problems(we heard boston was terrible to drive in). but we found...

This place was the same price as the super 8 which we also stayed at for one uncomfortable night (located about 5 minutes away), but was a heck of a lot better in terms of appearance, cleanliness and facilities. We caught the 64 bus from just near the hotel to central square station, and then the subway on to boston,...

We booked two nights here based on price and location (my son was touring Harvard) and what a horrible mistake that was! Our room was filthy dirty, loud, stinky and miserable. We had to wear shoes the entire time because the carpet was so dirty. One of the mattresses had some unidentifiable substance all over the side of it, the...
