Glenn from your front desk from checking us in to our room to making sure we had a shower after the Boston Marathon was amazing!! If he didn't have an answer he would find out or make it happen for us. The room was very clean and I loved the décor and feel of the room. It was great to...

The hotel was fine, even though at the time I was there, the bar was closed due to renovation. But the bad customer service experience I had is just unacceptable from an hotel of that rank. I did book and pay through eBookers. And the day I left, the hotel charged me a second time for my stay. And even...

Very convenient for evening flight arrival, quick ride from Logan airport. Perfect location for walking around the city. Restaurant was still under construction, will add to the overall experience if a good one and if it has a bar. Also very convenient to South Station for traveling by train elsewhere - walking distance. Had a great stay here!

Everything from the hotel staff (front desk and Donna) the comfort of my bed was top notch. And the location of this hotel is prime. You're in the heart of the city and walking distance to numerous train lines. And there are numerous attractions close by.

Only stayed one night to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend and have to say I was more than impressed with what the staff at the hotel managed to do for us. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room with a beautiful view and when we arrived found a cake there celebrating our anniversary, I would recommend this...

Excellent staff, especially those working at the front desk and Donna, who served breakfast. The entire crew was extremely professional. And the location of the place is phenomenal. Walking distance to numerous train lines was a big plus. Best mattress and pillows, I slept like a rock

Good stay, three nights during April 2017. Rooms are very good and the large windows and views of Boston are great. The hotel is still a work in progress. The restaurant is STILL under construction and it was impossible to get a handle on when it would be done by. Service and proximity to down town is great.

Pros: Beautiful luxury hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Beautiful, modern feel. Located next to Old State House and down the street from historic attractions; perfect for sight-seeing. Cons: Street noise is heard throughout the night. We waited 25 minutes for the valet to bring our car when we were ready to leave.

Relatively new and great location. Does not yet have a restaurant but they did have a eating area for breakfast which is probably temporary until the restaurant is available. The elevators (2) are small and would comfortably accommodate 6 people at most . If there is luggage, four people might be tight.

Nice but at that price to hear the person in the next room snoring all night long through paper thin walls Isn't worth it. Loved that they provided 3 bottles of water each day. Very nice hotel but not sound proof at all for a light sleeper like myself

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
