A true gem. Faneuil at the front desk was a knowledgeable and extremely friendly presence. The room was comfortable and very clean. Total value for the money in a location that can’t be beat. Close to everything you want to do in Boston. I’ll be back soon and would recommend it highly.

What a fun place to stay in Boston. It is not your basic boring, ho hum hotel or guest house. It has all the charm of Boston. Great location, nice staff, unique rooms and more. Parking at the Prudential Center worked out just fine, but a little pricey.

unfortunately, the mattress was the worst of any $400 room. The night lamps are not appropriate for reading and were extremely difficult to turn off for people who are physically somewhat challenged. Staff was most helpful at all times.

Wonderful place to stay in Boston! Friendly staff, quiet, good location, nice amenities, comfy bed and pillows. Only tiny things to improve upon: missing a towel and washcloth, only one coffee pod. Also, toilet roll holder was malfunctioning. Otherwise, two thumbs up!

Great historical hotel! The location couldn’t be better and was so easy to get around. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable! The service was amazing and staff very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again. Getting a bagged breakfast every morning saved us a trip and all was fresh.
