I’m actually currently staying here as I write this review. From the time YOTEL texted me to confirm my arrival, a perfect and quick check in, and a wonderful quaint room with a view- needless to say I am back in Boston and more than happy with these accommodations. The staff member who checked me in was wonderfully pleasant and my room was ready and exceeded my expectations. It suits my needs perfectly and I love how it’s a compact modern room but has a ton of space and the little decorative touches that make it unique. I’ve already told my friends what a cool spot this is and they are looking to book soon! I use to live in the city, so the location is central and the Seaport is ever evolving and keeps on growing. There are eateries at your fingertips and everything you’d want or need is close by. This is a hotel that you need to check out! First impression - it’s wonderful and I know the rest of my stay will be more than superior! Thanks YOTEL!

My wife and I stayed here for a birthday night out and for a place to stay for just a night the YOTEL was perfect.
We arrived around 2pm and expected to just drop our bags off since I had seen that they typically charge $30 for early check-in. To my surprise they said they would be happy to check us in. In a matter of minutes we were off to our room on the 9th floor.
As everyone says, the 'cabins' are small which I knew going in. It was perfect for us since we only had small bags and we were only there to sleep for a night. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the LED rooms lights were a cool touch. They did a good job making use of space. The bathroom isn't very private so people need to be comfortable with their travel companion.
The Seaport area is a fast growing area of the city and this hotel sits in a great location. It is right next door to the new Trillium brewery/restaurant which is great if you want some of the best craft beers in the state. You could easily walk to the heart of the city within 10 mins or take multiple forms of transportation available.
We did get to visit the rooftop bar for a drink and it has a nice view and they even had heaters so you can actually be outside to enjoy it on a cold night.
Check-out was easy enough, as it should be these days, by just using the kiosks in the lobby.
So overall, this hotel worked perfectly for us and it will definitely be a place we would look to stay again when coming to the city for an overnight. I probably wouldn't want to stay there for more than 2 nights but for that 1 night it was perfect.

Great hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were. They really make an effort to be nice and helpful to their guests which is not my typical experience when traveling and it made my trip so much better. I felt very comfortable there. Rooms are small but I found mine really cozy and comfortable and just right. Fun lighting, comfy bed, nice shower, very clean. Food at bar/lounge was good. Great location within walking distance of convention center, art museum, harbor boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Plus a robot will bring things to your room so you must request something even if you didn't forget anything! 😁
Thank Susan F

I am on my first trip to Boston. We are staying here to be close to the convention center for my daughter’s conference. The staff is lovely. Great help. Good attitude. The room is TINY. I mean Europe tiny. And there is no coffee. Which is a big negative for me. Also, the tv has not worked properly since we got here. It could use some friendly upgrades given the price.
But they clearly stress friendliness. Which is a good thing.
