The bed was very comfortable but the room was worn and not terribly clean. The shower curtain was stained, a toilet seat hinge cover was missing, the bathroom door paint was noticeably chipped, there was an old coffee spill on the wallpaper, and mildew in the shower area. The hardware in the shower was coming away from the wall. The toiletries were mismatched and one of the soap boxes was crushed. Not up to standards and the cost was $315 for one night with a member discount. Not worth it. Try dragging your suitcase across their carpets for a while if you need an upper body workout. I stayed here because the London airport Hilton was so good (and included breakfast). The two hotels are not comparable.
My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Boston Logan prior to early morning departure. Room was clean and tidy. Quiet. Close to Logan with frequent shuttle service. Good air conditioning. Would stay here again prior to departure or after a late evening arrival.
Best place to stay when we are flying out the next morning. We stayed here twice in February the night before we were flying out. Most convenient place with the best Staff! Restaurant is excellent and just makes sense to stay here before we fly out. We’ve done this every year. Hotel room are very comfortable and nice to have airport view. Plus convenience of walking over to the terminal.
Hilton Boston Logan Airport was a great stay and so very convenient for the next day's early departure. Exceptional gentleman checked us in and really made us feel welcome. Their casual restaurant stays open until midnight, very helpful after yet another American Airlines mechanical delay.
Stayed here for one night. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The front desk provided us with any amenities that we may have needed. The phone in our room was not working but the hotel quickly sent someone out to take a look at it. This is an amazing hotel to stay at during a layover in Boston.
The ease and service offered by the Hilton at Boston Airport made our return to the US comfortable and welcoming. The people, the place and access to shuttle services were fabulous. The Hilton will now be our reentry point from here on out!
The hotel was fine; clean, safe and the staff was very good, especially the shuttle driver. I rated it a 3 because of the dining.. the food was okay, but the prices were OBSCENE. They’ve got you trapped away from other restaurants and they take advantage.
Among all the Hilton Hotel-branded airport hotels in the United States, this property surely ranks at the top. My expectations were not high at first, but they were pleasantly exceeded. - Location and atmosphere: For airport users, the location is the best Boston has to offer. A covered walkway connects the hotel to the terminals, parking garages, and other airport amenities; the walk is painless and heated in the winter. Plus, a free airport shuttle is available, should that be a preferable option. Inside the hotel, common areas, meeting rooms, and restaurants are seemingly well-kept and clean. I could’ve used without the incredibly creaky wooden floors around Connolly’s Publik House, an on-site dining establishment, which amplified the sound each time my electric wheelchair rolled on them, but other than that, facilities were modern and looked-after. - Service: The workers at check-in, check-out, and breakfast were wonderful. All staff members wore a smile to work and seemed eager to assist. Full-service airport hotels don’t tend to have too many problems service-wise, at least from my experiences, and this property was no exception. And thanks to a member of staff for promptly coming up to my room after arriving to help me open my complimentary water bottles! - Room: Here is where airport hotels tend to struggle, but not this Hilton. I was impressed to observe how well-kept, clean, and fresh my top-floor airport-view room was. Thanks for the upgrade! Soundproofing was up to my personal standards, both from outside and between rooms (and I had a connecting room). Amenities were functional, albeit I didn’t have a need to use many. The TV was a large size and appeared high-end. For whatever reason, the alarm clock by my bed was set to some kind of unrequested wake-up call at around 6am, which woke me up at a time I was already half asleep anyway…not ideal, but no big deal at all. - Value for money: I’m sure this property gets expensive during peak travel times, but I scored a bargain for my stay and will obviously return when I do again. Elite Honors members shouldn’t be disappointed. I recommend this hotel for airport users and tourists in general!…
A great location as the hotel is convenient to all terminals. The rooms are a bit larger than most hotels. However, this hotel needs a solid updating. While it is still ok, it used to be excellent and at the top end of the Hilton scale. the furnishings, carpet, and rooms are just quite dated. Staff is very friendly though, especially the valets.
My Mom and I stayed at the hotel in Jan 2023 after a Bruins game. A little after 1am, an aggressive man came into our room and spoke to us/ yelled at us in a threatening and intimidating way. We couldn't tell if he was a Hilton employee, or if the Hilton employee had opened our door and this man pushed his way in. See my Mom's review (Susan W) from Jan 26, 2023. Either way, we were shocked that someone would be allowed to enter the room where two women were staying at 1am and treat us that way. We did not feel safe, and did not sleep at all that night. I've never had anything like this happen to me at any other hotel, and certainly did not expect it at a Hilton. Lesson learned- always lock the deadbolt on the door. Both my Mom and I contacted the hotel. I immediately put in a complaint, and my Mom posted a review on Trip Adviser. It took multiple attempts to get a response. Someone finally contacted me stating they'd "look into it further." I never heard anything back. They did not offer any compensation for how we'd been treated. Absolutely terrible customer service. I've tried to be patient in waiting for a response to their "looking into it further", but it seems pretty obvious at this point that they don't care one bit about how we were treated. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you do decide to stay here, lock the deadbolt. …
