Amazing airport location! It’s steps away from the airport and can be accessed via indoor tunnels. The rooms are clean, bright and quiet. There is a safe in the drawer next to the nightstand. Housekeeping staff was quiet for those who sleep in or are day sleepers.The workout area is like having your own private gym! It even has separate locker rooms for men and women that are equipped with shower facilities and lockers! Spa and pool both have access chair lifts for anyone with a disability or difficulty getting into the water! Staff is friendly and professional! Ozzy at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend and look forward to coming again!

Hilton hotels make you sign up for the program before you can access the free WiFi. Even in remote Australia you can access free WiFi. Dreadful that this is required in a large US city. Be sure to get into the bar early if you don't want to wait ages to get a meal. We were lucky we got in before 6pm, then they closed off access and put 'reserved' signs on all the tables. One poor couple got kicked out, they had a small child so that would not have been good. Big line up waiting to get a seat. Food was good but slow in coming.
Great location to overnight before getting on an early flight, easy walk to Terminal E and they also have a bus service.

Best location at Logan Airport, easily accessible by foot to Terminal A or E and shuttle is also available if needed. Large hotel, fairly efficient operation, standard Hilton room. Restaurant is good albeit not cheap (a salad with a piece of salmon on it was $30 with tip and tax). Express checkout was easy. Room clock was off by a few minutes and did not seem to be adjustable by guests. (At least, I could not figure out how). Overall great option for early morning departure or late night arrival.

I walked from Terminal B, about 20 minute walk. Worked perfectly for me as I had to meet my parents back at the airport the next morning and a walked right back to terminal A to meet them, about 7 minute walk. Rooms were clean. There was no outside noise that affected my sleep. The diamond breakfast was cold items/bread/fruit only (no hot items) unless you paid to upgrade to the full breakfast. Seems cheap to me when they have expensive fruit that was available. Overall, the location worked well for me. It was a typical Hilton.

I travel a lot for business and I am always very cautious and skeptical about staying at a hotel so close to the airport. In my past I’ve usually not been happy with these airport hotels as far as Cleanliness and noise. This was quite a pleasant surprise starting with a check in as they were very nice the room was spotless and surprisingly extremely quiet.
The shuttle at a very early time in the morning was as easy as can be getting over to the airport in just a few minutes.
If I ever need to stay next to the Logan airport again I will no doubt stay here.

I have stayed here probably 20 times over the last 10 years and have slowly watched the devaluation of benefits at this property. In general, it is nice to roll out of bed and walk to your gate, so the convenience is quite nice....but that is about it.
As far as devaluations: Lounge - closed Diamond Breakfast - continental only Upgrades - not available
At least when the lounge was there, they had hot options. Now you get a continental breakfast unless you want to pay $10 and change for an "upgrade" to a hot breakfast. It's amazing to me that some Hilton's do not value their diamond guests enough to provide a free hot breakfast...it must cost them less than $5 for this benefit. So remember, when you book here, that $5 is worth more than your loyalty to them. The hilton garden inn at logan gives you much more for a better value.

Connected to A and E terminals - can also walk from B1 terminal, from B2 (eg. United gates) just walk across the street to the other side from baggage claim area. From terminal to hotel is about a 10 minute walk enclosed. Note: go down to floor 2 from floor 4 walkway in garage area. Plenty of signs to direct you to hotel.
Lack of a lounge and an extremely expensive restaurant mars the otherwise roomy lobby area and standard rooms. Cold breakfast is complimentary for Gold and above, though there is an upcharge for hot foods - this requirement really needs to be waived for Diamond members. While the stay itself was okay, lack of benefits to accommodate loyal Diamond members like me is not welcoming.

Staying at the Airport Hilton in Boston really reduced the stress of getting up for an early flight. They have everything you need to relax and get ready for your flight the next day. Rooms are clean and quiet and they really are focused on the short staying in transit guest.

If you need to make a very early morning flight or you otherwise will spend very limited time in the city this hotel is good. It is located just across from the terminals connected by covered and heated/air-conditioned walkways with people movers to whisk you along. The rooms are good. Very clean, well equipped and overall they pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room rates are ok too. They are also quiet, which is a good thing for an airport hotel. My overall beef with the property is that to eat, drink or do anything else at the property is stupidly expensive. A $3.80 cent Starbucks coffee is $5.60. We had dinner there. For a small, not great pizza, a fish and chips and 1 order of wings. plus 2 glasses of wine each $200 with tip. And none of it was good. Sadly, you are trapped there with no other option than to catch a cab into the city for a reasonably priced meal but then there's the taxi fare. We stayed on this same trip at the Hilton Airport Hotel at Charles de Gaulle and it was the same thing. I think the strategy is to lure you in with a good room rate but kill you on everything else.

I’m constantly impressed at the airport hotels in the US, because UK airport hotels are pretty grim and basic. The Hilton at Boston Logan is convenient (a walkway takes you there direct from the airport), comfortable, spacious and well-equipped! The bed is good and firm; there’s plenty of storage space and the bathroom (while rather small) offers a good strong shower and a basin with plenty of area for toiletries. Our room overlooked the airport itself but we heard no noise, so I guess the soundproofing is top notch! Breakfast was very good; my husband and I are vegan but we enjoyed oatmeal, fruit salad and toast. If only some other residents could have managed without shouting into their mobiles for the short period it takes to eat breakfast, it would have been perfect. It’s also very handy for car rental if, like us, you’re travelling elsewhere. Oh, and the staff are charming and helpful too!

This hotel and many others have a free Shuttle. As long as you have the time the shuttle is best. On warm days the walk is really nice. If it is a windy day, take the Shuttle.
There are more places to choose from in the Boston area.
