We had a late international arrival at Boston Logan and a morning departure the next day, so the Hilton Boston Logan Airport seemed like an obvious destination. We were able to walk from the international terminal to the hotel and were in our room within 15 minutes of leaving the terminal. Our room was standard, but certainly met our needs. In the morning, we were on a domestic flight and needed to take a bus to the terminal. They left the hotel every 15 minutes and were quite convenient. My only complaint is that the hotel restaurant doesn't open until 7 am. For a hotel serving customers getting morning flights, I was surprised (and disappointed) that it didn't open earlier. A smaller complaint is that the gift shop didn't open until 7, so it wasn't possible to get a newspaper until I got to the airport.

Was returning home from vacation with a morning flight and decided to stay here for convenience. I took the bus from Concorde to Terminal A, the skywalk was easy. I used electronic check in and key to go right to my room on 3rd floor. It was even ready early! Asked about Fenway Park as there was home game that night. (In town, might as well say I went to Fenway!) Staff helped me get shuttle to subway (2 minute drive) and showed my how to get to the park. Subway was less and $5 RT. I went to the game for a bit. When I got back they had given me number to text for shuttle. It arrived in less than 5 minutes. The pub had good food and drinks. My room was clean and very quiet. Electronic check out, walked the skywalk back to A Terminal for my morning flight. I would stay here again!

Last week I had a night before a flight and needed late checkout on a Sunday. I always find this hotel very accommodating. It’s always a bonus to have a night out in Boston’s north end, too. It’s easy to get the train right back to the airport

Excellent staff, windows mostly soundproof, clean, mattresses pretty good, walls are too thin. Worth staying if flying out of Logan early in morning. Windows used to be soundproof, but not completely anymore. I thought there was a thunderstorm, but was planes. Only sounds like light thunder though. Walls have have always been very thin. Loud neighbor coming in, made a lot of noise in room and in morning, alarm went off for almost an hour (not snoozing, alarm itself) and finally shut it off. If you want best side of the bed, don’t sleep next to the bed stand. You can feel the indentation from other people. If you have the app, can pick your room, and check in ahead of time. Options are very limited. If looking for a water view, difficult to tell which room to choose. We saw a little water from 376. Higher floors have better views; elevator lobby on 3rd floor really has no view. Pictures show the view from room 376 & the 3rd floor elevator lobby. However, everyone working there is excellent and will stay here again, if flying out of Logan in the morning. Everyone is friendly, professional, appears to like their job, wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, and line moves quickly at desk. Cafe Presto has excellent coffee in the morning and baked items; we had a chocolate croissant and a raspberry/cheese one.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Logan ! It's a beautiful hotel and everyone is very friendly. The wi-fi needs to be strengthened throughout your hotels. Having slow Mpsp rates is unexceptable. We just met up with Juanita who works for Hilton GV She was very gracious and signed us up for a Hilton vacation in DC to look at the property there within the next year. She has been very helpful. Thank you

Pro: Attractive and excellent condition interiors; friendly and super helpful staff at front desk; doorman (Ozzy) understood right away that we needed short-term parking to check-in then return rental car and facilitated flawlessly; great views of airport and Boston harbor (714); brand new room fit and finish with whisper quiet HVAC, and great lighting; very convenient location--can walk to ABE terminals by skywalk or use free shuttle; on site restaurants. Con: Slow and expensive restaurant on the night we were there. Food quality 4/5. A world class airport hotel!

Early morning Delta flight with kids…so we booked Hilton and reservation for Central Parking. Yes conveniently attached to terminal A and but it was hard to sleep with kids running halls late into evening and early/late arrivers/departures with doors banging at 3am as it was spring break week. Hotel was basic small, standard airport hotel. Used my Hilton points for room so just had to pay for central parking.

Not sure if others that travel for a living are seeing this, but Hilton, like Spirit and Sun Country, is rocketing toward the pay as you go, model; nickel, and diming guests to death for upgrades. I'm lifetime titanium at Marriott and NEVER dealt with this garbage Hilton has taken to implementing. $50 to check in early, $25/ hour to stay past 11 AM, and a really snarky lousy attitude at the front desk, the guest is the enemy! The concept of "customer service" at this location is NON-EXISTENT! Being lectured about policy like I was a teenager by an angry little man took the cake. Unlike Marriott, Hilton does not offer a "lifetime" component to their loyalty program, constantly up and down the ladder of status as your stays ebb and flow year to year. What's really a shame; this is a beautiful property if you don't include the front desk trolls. Time to spend my company's expense dollars elsewhere, Hyatt, Marriott, and Raddison, here I come. Pound sand money-grubbing Hilton!

Room Tip: The Hilton app check-in process of choosing one's room is the only redeeming quality of Hilton.
