We absolutely loved our stay at the Langham. The property is beautiful! The location is amazing. It's a short walk to several T stations and to many tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect! So cozy and inviting and furnished very tastefully. The room and entire hotel were clean, clean, clean. I don't have a single complaint. It was my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in. We will definitely stay at the Langham again when in Boston.

This is a hotel that goes above and beyond to make your stay better and more comfortable. We stayed here over my 40th birthday and Lisa at check-in was genuinely excited that we had chosen the Langham for the occasion. She upgraded our room and sent up champagne- such a nice and classy touch. The hotel has recently been renovated and is beautiful. The spa and pool area, the workout facility and the rooms themselves are all light-filled and very comfortable. We ate at both restaurants and were very impressed at each. Grana in particular is a huge light-filled room (former bank lobby) with unique art and great breakfast food. The Fed is cozy and clubby with great drinks. But the biggest thing is the service, because we all know it's hard to find great service. The Langham delivers on that score, and for that reason it's our top choice in Boston going forward.

We've just had a wonderful week at the Langham Boston. Great room with luxurious bed and wonderful bathroom. We went for club lounge access and whilst the food was very limited for vegetarians the serve yourself bar and nibbles were great. Also we had such great service from and chats with the manager Michael. Hannah was also lovely and attentive. Highly recommend the bed and breakfast rate with the $84 daily credit at Grana. The food was first class and again lovely staff.

Great luxury hotel in a pretty solid location in Boston. Seems fairly new or recently refurbished. Modern is all ways. Lounge is excellent! Lots of food and drink available. Employees couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Only minor hiccup is thermostat and light switches are a bit more complicated than most. Won't stop us from visiting again!

This hotel has everything dialed. From service to food to cleanliness. The location and parking are amazing as well. Highly recommend! There is a guy that works there named Sean that kills it at the concierge game too and he’ll tell ya where ya wanna go and what you should do if you ever run out of ideas. I hope this man gets paid well!

Location: Former Federal Reserve building in financial district. Convenient to Freedom Trail, Old South Church, Faneuil Hall, Seaport, Rose Kennedy Greenway, as well as terrific restaurants and bars. Room: Colleagues shared that theirs were small, but mine was fine. No desk but a table with 2 chairs. Don’t expect a view or much natural light, the property is surrounded on 3 sides by towers. Coffee maker and hot pot for tea, but if you don’t want to use them Dunkin & Starbucks are both 2 blocks away and open 530am [no morning lobby coffee or tea.] My room had a small refrigerator which was thoughtful and convenient. Large room safe, reasonable sized closet with plenty of hangers and room for your stuff. Bath: Small bath with ample walk-in shower looks like it was renovated past few years. All the amenities. Hotel Gym is fine and there's a 40' pool. Also an Equinox across the street with more extensive sets of weights, machines, bikes etc. Service: Terrific staff from front desk, to ‘Fed’ restaurant, and housekeeping [don’t forget to tip hardest working folks in any hotel : ) Elevators were a problem: Day one only 1 of 3 operating so I found the 2 service elevators back of property. Days two and three, only 2 seemed to be operating so everyone had to leave extra time. Valet parking worked well- you can text your ticket number and it’s ~15 min wait for car garaged a few blocks away. There’s also a public garage under Post Office Square.

What a disappointment. I was so looking forward to returning after a long hiatus and it was just not good. The bed was so saggy that after one night of being up all night I went and ask for a board to be placed under the mattress. They sent an engineer and another person who said something would be done and when I got back that night nothing had been done. For what we paid, it was a disaster. Food is also completely overpriced with a pot of room service coffee coming in at 17 dollars. The conceierge was too busy to help me a dinner reservation and the AC in our room was barely working. To add insult to injury there was hot water coming out of the cold tap so teeth brushing was awful. Boston has lots of other choices, find someplace else....
