Just exceptional. The hotel is stunning inside and out. The interior decor creates such a welcoming feeling from the colors and scents. The location is priceless as well. You can walk to many of the historical sights. With this caliber of hotel it’s the details that make it top notch and I give that credit to every employee we encountered. Highly recommend!

Hotel's Favorite
Langham Boston front desk, concierge and private dining staff were caring and prompt with service. Staff brought water and microwave promptly to room. Kim, a concierge, provided typed walking directions to St. Anthony Shrine church for Mass. Staff provided gifts of selfie stick, stuffed whale and Boston book for kids and Maria and Kyong from private dining provided excellent complimentary breakfasts since we were first in-room dining order for renovated property. Hope to return when pool and gym reopen.

A week of enjoying Boston’s sites, experiences and dining - The Langham was at the top of the list of our favorites places. Every detail was tended to with authentically kind and professional service. Everywhere in the hotel were people who actually cared about the quality of our family’s experience - adults, baby and 3 dogs. Highly highly recommended!

As with most things in life, there are pluses and minuses. First the plus side: the location is good, easy walking distance to the Common and the waterfront. The hotel is well appointed: good towels, great shower, clean, modern. The Langham Club benefit is terrific, with lots of snacks and good light breakfast. Now for the minuses: refurbishing our room was spotty. Washcloths missing, no restocking of soap, coffee without asking. And although the Langham Club was said to serve breakfast until 11:30, food was taken away early. Once the server just took a dish away as I was reaching for it! (I'm much more used to people saying "We are about to clear...is there anything else you might like?) And breakfast in the restaurant was pretty awful. All in all, for the price of these rooms, I expected better.

The Langham is now one of our favorite hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the whole atmosphere is classy without a snooty vibe that some upscale hotels thrive upon. A very elegant hotel overall. We appreciated the daily attention to the room without having to ask, as well as the nightly turndown service. The bedding was very comfortable and I slept better there than in my own bed. The fitness center seemed to be in a temporary location, but it had 2 Peloton bikes (with cages and SPD cleats), treadmills and ellipticals. There were also free weights and a general universal weight machine that could be used for various movements. Plenty of towels and water in the fitness center. The location is central and an easy walk to the State St Transit station, Quincy Market, and the North End. The only disappointment was the car service (BostonCoach) that was arranged by the hotel to take us to the airport. No fault of the hotel - the driver was 20 minutes late and the service was horrendously expensive. I wanted to puke upon receiving the invoice. One is better off taking an Uber.

The Langham, Boston exceeded all my expectations, and so much more! Right off the bat, Alicia, who checked me in, was extremely welcoming and cheerful. I absolutely loved her energy and vibes. She totally went above and beyond - short, but super fun conversations and a few jokes (puns!) later, she introduced me to the hotel amenities, restaurants, places to see and a bit about the hotel itself. Alicia was definitely very attentive and super helpful! And the room, it was simply spectacular. I've never stayed in a hotel room as nice as this. It was clean, spacious, with great amenities and the decor was just top-of-the-line with neat little design details here and there. I also liked that the shower also has a portable shower head, something that's awesome but you don't often find in hotels. The maintenance staff also does a wonderful job taking care of the room - every day I return to my room with it looking clean and refreshed. The nighttime crew offering water and chocolates was also kind of a nice touch. On a kind of unrelated side note, I'm also totally in love with the pink color theme the hotel has going for it. I even asked for a pen of theirs as souvenir lol! I didn't have breakfast while I was there, but I did spend an hour or so at The Fed (lounge) downstairs. I heard the menu was recently redesigned, but I thoroughly enjoyed the puns they have on there. For example, there's this cocktail called "I'm Fed Up" which I actually ordered - it was tasty and didn't make me feel "fed up" at all. Equally amazing was the "Sip of Sunset" I ordered, absolutely beautiful drink and taste wise it was also really good. The hotel checkout experience was also great. I had lovely conversations with My and Johan, who were both absolutely incredible. The hotel staff in general were all just really nice and friendly. Next time in Boston, I will most definitely be back to stay here. It's definitely one of, if not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in!

This hotel understands customer service!! It was the best experience I’ve had in Boston. The entire hotel has been recently renovated and it is beautiful. Thank you to the front desk, doormen and concierge. It’s definitely worth it to treat yourself to the Langham Club lounge. Delicious snacks and drinks throughout the day. And Dorian in the Club is delightful. Cannot wait to return!

from the minute you arrive...staff has had the very best training...and from each person you encounter this training shows! Our room was terrific..bed very comfortable...Grana the onsite restaurant for breakfast and lunch....exceptional,,and beautiful...servers Sandra and Jon...very good...and Michael the manager went above and beyond! Kind ...professionl....watched every table as he walked thru Grana..making sure of perfection...He's a gem! Also, haa access to The Langham Club..what a pleasant experience...made even more so by Dorian...another professional......all I can say ...a wonderful eperience at a wonderful hotel.....thank you to all the staff.
