I am not someone who ever writes a review but when the service is outstanding it needs to be recognized!!! If you are looking for a hotel to stay at while in Boston, look no longer! This hotel was top notch in every way! From the moment that I called to make the reservation, I spoke to the hotel directly and was not transferred to a reservation center. The Hotel Desk Clerk Dan Chan was attentive to the needs of everyone in my party of five(plus we had our dog with us). He was very polite and friendly on the phone and helped me to choose the right room for our needs. He even was able to upgrade us! He took time to answer all of my questions and did not rush me off of the phone. We arrived Thursday morning before our check in time and they allowed us to check in early, which was amazing to be able to do after our 3.5 hour drive!! The entire staff was friendly and greeted us each time we came in or exited the hotel, they really made us feel at home. Every morning we would have a carafe of coffee (which was complimentary)sent up to the room along with other items. (Pillows, towels etc)that we needed and the staff (I think his name was Calvin?)was always willing and delivered these things to our room with in minutes of us calling for them and he would say to us "don't hesitate to call if we need anything," now that is service!! They even gave us complimentary water bottles several times during our stay!! Our second day there Dan Chan brought us a surprise complimentary basket of sweet and salty snacks,,,,(Lindt Chocolates, Chocolate Chip cookies, Crunchy cheese snacks and more along with varieties of soda a beer to our room.) It was so unexpected and we were delightfully surprised!! Even the Doormen/Valet, specifically John was so friendly and warm. John even took a picture of the five of us in front of the Hotel and he was always ready to talk with us and joke with us which made us feel right at home!! He was always outgoing and make conversation with us telling us that he and his wife went to Cabo on their honeymoon and how they toured Boston on one of the Hop on Hop off Tours even though they live in the area. He also recommended for us to go on the tour(which we did) it was fabulous! This Hotel is also at a great location, its close to EVERYTHING!!! Our long weekend visit was amazing and staying at this Hotel will be the BEST choice that you ever make....from 1-10, I give them a 10!!!!

This beautiful hotel has me wanting to travel back to Boston soon. I was taking my daughter to college, which was a bittersweet trip to begin with, but add COVID to the mix and neither of us was keen to travel. Upon entering the lobby we felt at ease. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel safe, welcome, and appreciated. Our room was clean, our beds were so comfy, and I was even introduced to "nanoSeptic" - a safety barrier used on their elevator buttons that I might be incorporating into high touch surfaces in my workplace. Upon leaving, solo, in tears - the doorman assured me that should anything big happen, he's a phone call away for assistance since I'm across the country. I found my new happy place. I can't wait to go back!

I don't think there are enough words to say how great of a time we had at the Lenox Hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous and that hotel lobby scent?! I cannot even! The best and they sell it as a candle. Once heard it was our first time in Boston, we were lucky to be upgraded to a corner suite with a great view! We checked out all of the suggestions from the staff which did not disappoint. Speaking of the staff, especially sales manager Brendan Griffin, go above and beyond to make sure their guests are accommodated fully. Through masks, you can hear their smiles! Thank you so much and I cannot wait to go back next year

The Lenox Hotel staff is outstanding! I was treated so well that I never wanted to leave! This hotel is beautiful in every way: the location is perfect, the lobby is stunning, the room is luxurious, and the staff is incredibly lovely! Cleanliness has always been important to me, and these days it features largely on my radar. The Lenox goes above and beyond when it comes to ensuring that guests and staff are kept healthy and safe during these trying times. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at The Lenox Hotel! You will be better for the experience, and will want to return again and again!
