I recently stayed at the Mandarin since they have just re-opened and I am speechless. The rooms are even more spectacular than before...didn't think that was possible! I also ran the 2020 Boston Marathon and the staff was extremely supportive and accommodating! I truly enjoyed every moment when staying at the hotel and will 1000% be back for another visit.

If you want to experience luxury at its finest, look no further than The Mandarin. Their spa is top notch whenever you want to experience the best in pampering. Great location too, you’re steps away from great restaurants and bars.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and always receive a high level of service. My recent trip was no different, despite the small staff do to the covid-19 outbreak. All my needs were met, the staff was upbeat and positive, all services were in tact (except the restaurant), it was another great stay.

I must say that I absolutely loved the property! Unfortunately with a late arrival and almost immediate necessary sleep, I wasn’t able to see as much as I hoped, but I can certainly say that I cannot wait to come back on another trip! The hotel was clean, renovated, and most importantly very friendly! I was greeted with smiles every step of the way from check-in to check-out, and that really goes a long way after coming off 18 hours of flying! My favorite part? (If I had to pick) At check-out, I was greeted by the two most adorable golden retrievers, who I guess live at the hotel, and getting to say hello to them instantly made my day better!

My boyfriend booked a room for my birthday this past weekend and it was wonderful. The staff was delightful. The hotel is gorgeous and impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend booking here. We are already planning our next stay.
