Another great stay at the Hyatt Regency. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. We travel from New Jersey to Boston to drop off, pick up and visit my son at school and always stay here.
Stayed overnight after dropping off a child at college. The location in Boston is great. Our room was clean, and everything (tv, shower, wi-fi, etc.) worked perfectly in the room. The floor was quiet, and we were given a great city view. Prepared foods were available for dinner, and the prices were quite reasonable. The staff was friendly upon arrival and when we departed. We had one extra request, and the manager went beyond our expectations when making sure our request was taken care of promptly. Everything was so nice at this hotel that we are already looking forward to staying here again when we next visit Boston, hopefully soon!
The location is great, near the subway. The services were good (front desk, bar, housekeeping). They used k-cup coffee maker and pharmacopua products. The staff were nice (front desk and housekeeping). Good size of the room. The only thing that I was not satisfied was the water flow from shower is low, but it doesn't impact the stays at all. I enjoyed my stays.
Follow up medical appts at MGH. Team made my trip and stay less stressful and no anxiety. Would only like to see more food options and the fitness center to open. They can use social distancing or maybe allow guests to reserve workout times in the fitness center
Stayed for four nights in a room with 2 queen beds. PROS: - The room was spacious and located on a high floor with nice open view of the city. Bathroom was also nice and very clean. - Location is great, central and easy to walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. CONS: - Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel is charging a "Destination Fee" that wasn't disclosed in our reservation. This mandatory fee is $25 per night and includes $10 of credit in food from the little market at the lobby. Upon checkout, we noticed that they had not given us the $10 credit per night so we had to ask for it... - WIFI was annoying, would get disconnected every day even when choosing the "length of stay" option. - The hotel has a weird layout in which you need to take two different elevators to reach your room. The first one up to the lobby and then change to a different one to the rooms. - Parking next door is $40 per night. I would stay again because of the nice spacious room and good location, but beware of these extra nightly fees that are mandatory.…
