It's a decent hotel but I was really disappointed with the bar and restaurant. You can't get a decent margarita in the correct glass and the food is unhealthy and just not very tasty (and overpriced for what it is). Good rooms, location, and views, but make sure to stay away from the food and beverage, which shouldn't be hard...

Perfect location in the city to see all great areas! Not only in the location great, but the service is fantastic! The front desk staff were some the best! They were able to set my husband and I up in a wonderful room with a beautiful view of the city! All of the staff were great! We enjoyed the restaurant...

Very Central Boston Hotel perfect if there for work or on vacation. It is a bit of a business hotel rather than being on vacation but having said that you are right by the theatres, train stations, Chinatown and of course the Harbour Museum. A great town and hope to go back there one day.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, stayed here for Thanksgiving, a family group of 6. The hotel facilities are excellent but they would not be as good without the staff that operate them everybody is so friendly and efficient. A special thank you to Josephine in the bar and to Mike the Concierge and all the bell staff who were...

Overall great location. Enjoyed our stay. Just had some small details that I couldn't believe were missed. Didn't negatively impact our stay, but I could only give 4 stars overall. As a Diamond, used a DSU and got upgraded to an executive suite on the 22nd floor with a view of Boston Common. But when we got into the room,...

Great location, excellent, helpful staff and spacious, clean rooms! What else do you need? All the sights that Boston has to offer are within walking or "T" distance. Also, the salt water pool is very nice. Another bonus is that they offer in & out service with no extra charge if you use the valet parking.

I stayed for a week in this hotel and it's excellent! It's in downtown and everything is walking distance from there as it is a couple of blocks away from Boston Common, Downtown Crossing and the Waterfront. Very close to the hotel you can also find two mbta stations, the Chinatown one and the Downtown Crossing one in case you...

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
