Awesome place and very caring going make it a regular place to stay it was beautiful quiet and cozy everyone was nice and friendly we stayed in cabin 2. Already planning next trip close to every thing but not in the middle of the crown
Everyone who works here is so nice and attentive. My husband and I have stayed here many times and will definitely be back again some day soon. We always feel safe and warm and welcome. We called the office asking for a breakfast tray, and because they knew we were there for our babymoon, they went above and beyond. Suffice to say: this place is a gem.
Rebecca and the staff were amazing! They went above and beyond when my husband told them it was our 5 year anniversary. 10/10 would stay there again. Our cottage was so quaint and adorable! We were told about the noise and offered ear plugs, white noise machine and a fan. To be honest we live near a main road so the noise was mild in comparison. We did appreciate the gesture though.
We just spent 2 days at the Pine Cottages while in Asheville, on our way to Hilton head for our 25th Anniversary. Rebecca called a week or so before to see if we needed anything, and to see if it was a special occasion. We stayed in cabin 6, it was clean and very comfortable. The bed was heavenly and the shower had great pressure, which is always a big deal for my husband. The grounds are very pretty and dog friendly, as we brought our 2 dogs. Rebecca had a nice bottle of wine a rose and a card for our anniversary which was a thoughtful touch. The Pines Cottage are a great location of you are visiting Asheville, just minutes away from town and the Blue ridge Parkway. A+++ we would not hesitate to stay here again.
We had a fantastic stay just my husband and I, for some time away. Cute, cozy with everything we needed. Rebecca the assistant manager was absolutely wonderful and answered all questions we had. I would recommend anyone that has the opportunity to enjoy a stay with them.
My husband and I really enjoyed staying in The Pines Cottages! Our quaint and cozy unit was very clean. Check-in was quick, the management went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and there was such a wonderful feeling of home. In the evenings we sat by the fire pit and visited with other people staying in the cottages or could relax on the porch swing. Plus, the price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay there again and will encourage friends to stay there when in the Asheville area!
We stayed in Cabin 8. The bed was really comfortable and the road noise didn't bother us, as it quieted down after 10ish. A few things could be cleaned up a little - knobs in shower and vacuum under bed. There were powers strips with a lot of items plugged in. It did remind us of being at the cabin. Overall, we liked the Pines and would stay here again. Rebecca in the office was very friendly and recommended some great restaurants.
The cabin (we were in cabin 9) was clean, well stocked and fairly comfortable. However, the electrical system is scary - so few outlets that they have power strips everywhere. The screens don't fit the windows very well, so we could never open the windows, the bugs would get in. The curtain rods fell apart when we tried to open the curtains - some duct tape would solve that! But worst of all, was the noise from the highway right behind our cabin - we wouldn't have wanted the windows open anyway. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, but no, we will not be staying there again.
Our cute little cottage lacked for no thoughtful touches. It was EXTREMELY clean and stocked with sweet amenities, like coffee and accoutrements, a white noise machine (to block out road noise), and bath products. Rebecca was very helpful with the room and answering questions about the area. Bed was very comfortable. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was the very small shower. But the water pressure was great, lol! I would definitely stay again.
My boyfriend and I spent a week in cottage ten while we did some hiking in the area and I am so glad that we opted for the pines cottages instead of a traditional hotel. The staff (Jennifer) was super friendly, the accommodations were very clean and so adorable. It felt like a home away from home. Close to everything we wanted to visit and so affordable for how much space and charm you get.
