The Omni Grove Park Inn is beautiful with amazing views. All of the staff we encountered were wonderful. We enjoyed eating at the restaurants on site, but it was difficult to make reservations for six couples. In the end it all worked out. Loved the Great Bar Lounge and music. Great meeting place for all of us to hang out late in the day or evening.

Just returned from Grove Park Inn. Can’t say enough great things about it. We stayed in the main inn and our room had a Mountain View which was incredible! The room, the food and the staff were all excellent! We were there for fireworks on the 4th and they were awesome as well. Highly recommend!

I escaped the Florida heat for a true fall weather R&R getaway. For a solo traveler, I knew this was supposed to be a great property. Gorgeous views, fine dining, amenities and spa. The management staff was also superb. I did not get to try the spa unfortunately as I cut the stay short and left after only one night as I was hoping for peace and relaxation and did not find that here. I was disappointed to find that not only was a large wedding in attendance but also a convention of some sort and then also large quantities of families/kids in the lobby bar/fireplace areas. There was no peace to be found on the property. The deal killer for me was when I retreated to my room to find peace and learned they are not doing in-room dining. A hungry girl is not a happy girl.

My husband and I just left after an amazing stay at the grove park inn! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly unmatched (and I work as a corporate event planner). Brian at the front desk was overly accommodative, and since we were celebrating our anniversary, went above and beyond to celebrate us. He upgraded us to the club level for a nominal fee and sent us up a really nice bottle of wine a truffles with a hand written note! He also gave us a coupon for two free drinks when an activity that we wanted to do was suddenly canceled, even though it was completely out of his control. The club level was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The concierge Christy was awesome - we took full advantage of the included breakfasts (Nick was so friendly without being pushy! A gem of a human) and the included happy hours. Christy made excellent drinks, easily helped us with items when we needed them, and was a joy to talk with. All in all, our anniversary trip was one for the books - we’ll definitely be back again soon!

First time at the grove park inn. What an experience it has been!! Amazing!! William Bennet — amazing helped us out during a debacle with our rental car issue. He really just got it handled!! We can’t thank him enough. Valet - Corey Robert’s.. professional and addressed the rental car issue to us right away. Can’t thank them enough!! Dinner at the Edison and Sunset Terrace.. amazing food. The bartenders at the Edison fantastic and personable/professional. Dawid our server at Sunset Terrace, fanstatic— was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings.. can’t wait to come back

My wife and I dined at the Sunset Terrance on back to back nights over our anniversary trip to the Grove Park Inn. First night’s dinner was incredible and I asked the staff if I could do a ‘catch and cook’ where I bring fresh caught fish to the restaurant for preparation. Head Chef Michael then came out to our table and personally asked about my fishing trip and what I was hoping/planning to catch. After telling him Striped Bass was on tap for my trip, you could sense his excitement and commitment to making a successful fishing trip come together from lake to table. After catching a good sized Striped Bass, I brought him the fresh fillets. He proceeded to make us an unforgettable five star dining experience. First, he brought out Striped Bass ceviche with locally sourced garden vegetables and fruits. Next up was pan seared Striped Bass with a buerre blanc sauce that as a pescatarian and fish connoisseur was easily the best Striped Bass my wife and I have ever eaten. Finished with the dauphinois potatoes and fresh garden vegetables. After that, he brought out special desserts for us to try, all the while coming out to check on us and ask how we were liking everything. We felt like we had a personal chef preparing us a six star meal, truly an incredible experience. My wife and I are so grateful for Chef Michael’s interest in making our experience a lasting memory and a delicious meal. We cannot recommend him and the Sunset Terrace enough!

As an avid traveler I review trip advisor reviews before I stay at a resort or hotel. So when I booked Omni Grove Park Inn for what I see I needed to make sure I came in contact with Brian at the Front Desk to see what all the hype was about. I have never even took the time to write a review on a person I've encountered until now. As I was waiting in the short line a young lady was finished and called me over and Brian was still talking to the guest ahead of me so I hand motioned that my girlfriend and I were going to wait for him. Man was it worth it, Brian introduced himself and welcomed us and also inquired about our visit. We were celebrating our anniversary and are local to the Asheville area. Brian gave us 2 options. As he thoroughly explained that he loves working on weekdays because he has the flexibility to enhance his guest visits. We booked a Deluxe King room. He started out by saying he was going to make sure we had a mountain view as a complimentary upgrade that was the first option. The second was an upgrade to the club floor which is usually over $1000 a night. Brian's background has to be in sales because he sold us the room and made it a no brainer. After he explained what was included the couple hundred extra per night literally paid for itself. I don't want to go into to much detail and spoil the surprise for other guests. But the extra we paid per night was well worth it. We got there just in time for cocktail time on the club floor which was included in out upgrade. We used this every night and the cocktails were phenomenal. We really didn't need to eat at the restaurants very much because they feed you well on the club floor=more money saved which Brian also mentioned in his sales pitch. We were there for 2 nights and somehow Brian figured out which night was actually our anniversary and when we got back to the room after a long day of hiking we were met with a bottle of wine and a hand written note from Brian just expressing how much he appreciated our authenticity and how much he enjoyed our business and interaction. He also included a business card for future stays we will definitely reach out to him prior to arrival. The night before we left I went and talked with him again asking him if he knew he was famous lol. He had no idea what I was talking about so I explained to him how his name is all over TripAdvisor and we went out of our way to make sure we didn't miss interacting with him and after our encounter the reviews on TripAdvisor really don't do his class and professionalism justice. I know it's none of my business but if he makes the same amount of money as the other front desk people then Omni is dropping the ball. People like this don't last long in a environment if they aren't appreciated and paid to continue to perform. I know we tipped you graciously Brian but that is nothing compared to how much of a positive impact you had on our visit to Grove Park. I wish I had a customer service company and I would of made you an offer on the spot. Thanks again for your genuine personality as well as your authenticity with going above and beyond for someone you don't know. I hope this review really helps Omni realize that they should be pushing you into management pronto. I had encounters with all positions at this resort and Brian could of told me he was the GM and he would of done the Omni brand proud. Thanks again Brian until next time, F and J

We visit Grove Park on our wedding anniversary weekend every year, but this visit was the best yet. Brian at check-in went above and beyond to make sure it was a special weekend for us. He made sure every detail was perfect and helped make it an amazing celebration. Thank you!

Great stop for beverage and tapas at the end of a busy touring day. The view of the Blue Ridge Mountains while seated at a table outside on one of the multi-layered decks on a warm late afternoon was spectacular.
